Lin Zhenzhen felt a chill run down her spine after realizing this.

The man reached out and yanked the black cloth off her face.
The intense light made Lin Zhenzhen squint. She opened her eyes wide and used the last bit of strength in her body to try her best to "bewitch".
“Didn’t you say that every wrong has its perpetrator and every debt its debtor? It was Ning Xiong who hurt you, and it has nothing to do with his daughter?”
The man stared intently into her amber cat-like eyes, repeating the same sentence in a daze: "Every wrong has its perpetrator, every debt its debtor. It has nothing to do with his daughter."
Lin Zhenzhen took a deep breath and pinched her thigh hard.

“That’s right, I’ll let you go.” The man bent down and untied the knot on her wrist.

The "bewitching" ability originally required eye contact to function, but since her eyes were covered, Lin Zhenzhen had no choice but to temporarily transform the "bewitching" ability into another one—"word power".

"Okay, Zhenzhen." Bai Qingfeng sat down next to her. "You must have been terrified."
Lin Zhenzhen shook her head and asked, "Where's Daddy?"
Bai Qingfeng sighed: "Uncle Ning's high blood pressure flared up due to excessive fright, but don't worry, he's out of danger now."
Lin Zhenzhen had no choice but to nod, then pressed on, "How was I rescued?"
