Chapter 19 The Poor Maid Who Was Pushed Out to Marry

"Go get me some water, I need a bath."

As Yu'er finished her order, she saw the man look at her deeply.

Before she could figure out what was in his eyes, he stood up and left with a swift movement.

He should have told someone to prepare hot water. Seeing him lift the curtain and leave, Yu'er finally felt relieved.

After trying hard to calm her abnormal heartbeat, Yu'er climbed out of bed tremblingly. She was extremely scared. She looked at the unfamiliar tent at a loss.

The delicate bride, frightened by the man's brutal behavior, didn't think about anything at the moment and only wanted to run away.

She dragged her embroidered shoes and strode to the door curtain of the big tent, wanting to return to her previous tent.

I lifted the door curtain and was about to look around, but I saw a maid holding a wooden basin for bathing and carrying water behind her.

The man, who was in a hurry to go back and help his wife bathe, looked up and saw his wife looking at him with frightened eyes.

There was a bonfire burning not far outside the tent. Everyone looked at the beautiful bride. The beauty, shrouded in a hazy yellow light, dropped the curtain and ran towards the tent as if she had seen a ghost.

The maid following behind Hu Yanlie saw this scene and was confused.

The men on the grassland were so wild that they frightened the noble lady who came from afar.

Hu Yanlie was very possessive and was wary even of women. He grunted as he carried the wooden bathtub in, and then grunted as he went outside the tent to fetch hot water.

The man poured the hot water in a few strokes with all his strength, and wiped the sweat from his head nonchalantly.

He softly called the bride who was nervously guarding in the big tent to take a bath, his eyes shining brightly with a scorching light.

The shy bride bit her lip and bathed in the man's determined gaze. The beautiful and delicate bride knew that she could not escape this disaster today.

In the dim light of the tiny candle, she suppressed her shyness and raised her hands to slowly take off her outer robe, which was like a thin gauze and mist, and then her inner garment.

I didn't expect the man to be so shameless and not know how to be shy.

The shy bride looked over angrily with a blushing face. She pointed at the door curtain of the tent and shouted at the man who was staring at her to get out.
