In a blink of an eye, before she could finish her words, Xie Huaijun appeared in front of her.
Yuer: “…”
Yu'er didn't say anything. Xie Huaijun was so close to her that it seemed that if they looked up inadvertently, their eyes would meet.
She pursed her lips, took a few steps back uncomfortably, turned around and opened her schoolbag in front of the little boy's expectant eyes.
Xie Huaijun watched silently what she was doing with her hands behind her back until he saw Yu'er holding a pink envelope in her fair, jade-like hands.
There was a faint scent of perfume on the envelope, and I sniffed it.
The little boy didn't know what he was thinking about, his eyes were shining so brightly that he even allowed himself to stare at Yu'er who was slowly approaching.
The expectation buried deep in his eyes finally surfaced at this moment, and he swallowed nervously.
During this time, she stood in front of him, holding the pink envelope in one hand and handing it to him.
Xie Huaijun took a quick look and didn't dare to look again, as if something hot on the envelope was burning his eyes.
He lowered his eyes, then raised them again, staring at Yu'er's throat rolling inexplicably several times.
He was so excited that he was a little out of control. Realizing this, he suppressed the dryness in his throat and asked in a low, trembling voice.
"What is this?"
Yu'er was a little confused and didn't understand why the little boy was so excited.
She lowered her eyes to look at the little boy's trembling fingers, and then began to explain as a matter of course.
"A confession letter!"
"Haven't you received that before?"
Yu'er herself didn't believe it, but Xie Huaijun didn't care about the meaning revealed in her tone.
The unexpected wish suddenly appeared before my eyes.
The little boy, in ecstasy, rubbed his fingertips and became inexplicably shy.
"Not really, not really."
Xie Huaijun, who had his own pace and ideas and had planned to hold back until after graduating from the college entrance examination to confess his feelings, blushed and felt very embarrassed.
How come she moves faster than me? I feel so embarrassed.
Yu Er frowned and said, "Yeah."
"Oh, this is something Li Mengzi from our class asked me to give you. I couldn't refuse, so I brought it back."
Joy comes quickly and fades just as quickly.
After being immersed in joy for only two seconds, Xie Huaijun, who had suffered a great blow, immediately showed a rare shyness on his handsome face.
Just like the tide receding, only paleness and sadness remain on the ground.
"This, this is something someone asked you to give me."
Yuer nodded.
When asking in a more serious tone, Xie Huaijun did not miss the disapproval on Yu'er's face.
He was so sad, so upset, and so disappointed. She threw him into the sky and then pressed him down to the ground in an instant.
Xie Huaijun asked in disbelief, his lips trembling.
"If someone asks you to give something, you give it to them. If someone asks you to give something to them, you give it to them. What are you to them? What are they to you? And what do you think of me?"
"Besides, at such an important time in high school, the school has a clear rule prohibiting dating. Don't you know that? Why are you doing this?!"
After venting his anger, without waiting for anyone to answer or even looking at Yu'er who was dumbfounded, the heartless person was holding the envelope in his hand.
The little boy turned around and saw his tall back filled with cold anger. With a bang, the door of the room opened and closed.
Yu'er opened her eyes wide, looked at the door that seemed to be shaking, then lowered her head and looked at the envelope in her hand silently for a long time.
After standing alone for a long time, he quietly muttered a few complaints, feeling cowardly.
"If you don't want to accept it, then don't accept it. Why are you so angry?"
Although Xie Huaijun is usually sarcastic, this is the first time he has gotten so angry.
Yu'er had never experienced this before, so she was inevitably a little confused.
A classmate asked her to pass on an envelope, her words were sincere and her attitude was pleading. What could she do?
Blame her?
If you want to blame someone, blame the cheap brother for being too charming and good-looking, which attracted the attention of young girls. You can't blame her for running errands, right?
Yu'er couldn't figure it out, so she looked at the empty chair next to her while having breakfast the next day.
After waiting for a long time and seeing no one showing up, Yu'er turned around and looked at her two brothers.
"Brother, second brother, where is Xie Huaijun? Why doesn't he come down to eat?"
After stuffing a mouthful of steamed bun, Xie Huaizhen obviously thought of his troublesome younger brother, and spoke slowly.
"I ran into him when I came back from my morning run. He was so cold and said he didn't want to eat anymore, then he left."
Spreading his hands, Xie Huaizhen said that as an older brother he was also helpless, as not everyone had the courage to provoke a mistress in her second year of high school.
Xie Huaiming drank a sip of soy milk, put down the spoon, and seemed to have thought of something.
He looked up at his sister sitting opposite him and asked with concern.
"Little sister and the mistress had a fight. What's it about? Tell me and I'll judge for you."
Yu'er didn't plan to tell anyone about this. If a little girl gave a love letter, it might cause a lot of uproar, and the one who would suffer would be the classmate who confessed to her.
Yu'er was rather cautious about this matter, and she spoke vaguely.
He just said that he accidentally did something wrong and made Xie Huaijun angry.
The others were not exposed at all.
After saying goodbye to his two brothers, Yuer came to school and found the right opportunity to return the envelope in his hand intact.
After finishing the task and resolving the worry, Yu'er looked at Xie Huaijun who was ignoring everyone in the back and began to worry about how to comfort him.
She had never coaxed anyone, especially a stubborn boy, and had almost no experience.
Feeling bitter in the mouth, Yu'er thought for a moment and realized that the little boy was having a quarrel with her and must have skipped breakfast.
She wanted to buy some buns and milk, so she went ahead and did it, and bought them in no time.
Yuer came in from the back door and stopped for a moment beside the seat of the little boy whose movements hadn't changed at all.
