He didn't understand why Consort He had to hurt the Imperial Concubine's feelings, make her lose heart towards him, and even turn to admire Ah Xuan instead.
He was aggressive and spoke harshly. The palace maids in Consort He's palace were initially happy to see him, but when they saw his thunderous expression, they all showed fear.
"Your Majesty?" He came in a hurry. This was the first time he had come to visit her since he was beaten. Consort He was initially overjoyed, but when she thought of his coldness towards her, she turned her head away and pretended to ignore him.
