For Shen Wangshu, this wasn't a difficult problem. She had no interest in the entertainment industry; if she couldn't be a star, she'd do something else. She had experienced so much of the world and learned so many skills that she wouldn't starve. But deep down, there was something—whether it was her obsession with Lü Rong or something else—that compelled her not to give up her current career.
It was a kind of persistence that she herself didn't understand, but Shen Wangshu's heart didn't reject it. If she continued to stay in the entertainment industry, she would definitely act to the best of her ability and eventually become the most brilliant one.
She wanted to stand at a height that Zhou Chen could never reach, making him look up at her.
Shen Wangshu lowered his eyes.
Her phone rang, and when she saw the flashing name "Lu Ke," a smile played on her lips for a moment. She quickly got up, slipped on her uncomfortable strappy high heels, and shuffled toward the club's entrance.
Outside the gate, a ginger-yellow car was parked. When Shen Wangshu came out, a woman with short, neat hair rushed out and ran to Shen Wangshu. Before she could say anything, she put a coat on Shen Wangshu's shoulders. Then, her face showed anger and she slapped Shen Wangshu across the face.
Seeing Shen Wangshu laughing while holding her hand, her eyes suddenly reddened, and she shouted, "Why is your phone off?!" She had made countless calls, but only heard the message that the phone was off. At that moment, the fear in her heart almost made her jump off a building.
"Is it because of Zhou Chen?" She knew that most of the things her friend had been keeping from her were for Zhou Chen, and asked with wide eyes.
"Where is that bitch?!" She had never thought highly of Zhou Chen, who was all talk and no action, but her friend was stubbornly persistent. This time, she had even kept it a secret from him. If something happened, she would regret it.
"Playing in there." Shen Wangshu smiled, tossed aside the wine bottle in his hand, stretched out his arm and pressed it on Lü Ke's shoulder, nuzzling her face, and whispered, "Keke is still the warmest."

Lü Rong was her family, the only relative she grew up with, and even her surname was given to her by Lü Rong.
So she has to protect her well.
"Let's go home." Lu Ke had a bad feeling about this club. For some reason, she always felt that she had lost the most important thing here.

This is truly a world at its wit's end.
"Zhou Chen isn't coming out?"
"He won't be able to get up for at least three days." Shen Wangshu opened her red lips and yawned lazily, resting her head on Lü Ke's shoulder and mumbling, "That bastard dared to give me aphrodisiacs."
Sensing that Lü Ke was about to jump up again, she smiled and pressed her down, saying, "I've already stuffed it all into his mouth, he should be enjoying himself now. Let's go back, and we'll break up with him tomorrow." Lü Rong loved Zhou Chen deeply, but she didn't live with him, all thanks to Lü Ke's firm refusal.
