Xie Shizhu was slightly surprised. After a moment, his eyebrows curved and he said, "Okay."
After an hour's journey, the two arrived at the cemetery. There were people taking care of the area, and except for some grass growing in the gaps between the tiles, everything else was clean and tidy.
Jing Yan looked at the entrance to the cemetery, his eyes drooping, and the image of his mother's miserable and helpless appearance before her death emerged in his mind.

Xie Shizhu tilted his head slightly in Jing Yan's arms and secretly kissed his chin.
Jing Yan tightened his hands on her waist, lowered his eyes, chuckled, and kissed her forehead.
A cool breeze blew in from all around, biting and cold. Jing Yan unbuttoned his suit and draped it over Xie Shizhu's shoulders. He only wore a white shirt. The tie he wore today was the one Xie Shizhu had given him.
"Let's go." Jing Yan reached out and held her cold little hand, leading her down the stairs.
