Looking at the stack of red bills on the coffee table, Chu's mother was somewhat surprised. She liked Wenzhen very much, but always felt that although Wenzhen was gentle, there was a sharpness and decisiveness hidden beneath that gentleness. Yesterday, when her husband told her about his chance encounter with Wenzhen, she still found it hard to believe.
"Do you really want to stay for a while?"
Qiao Zhen shook her head, "I'm sorry, Auntie, I have to go shopping tonight, so I can't stay any longer."
Mother Chu put down the carved porcelain cup in her hand. "It's alright. I also need to buy some things. We can go on the same way."

Qiao Zhen was very puzzled. Both Chu's mother and father were extremely good-looking, so why was Chu Zhao's aesthetic sense so unconventional?
Noticing Qiao Zhen's gaze, Chu's mother turned her head to look at her and then asked, "What's wrong?"
Qiao Zhen didn't intend to hide her doubts. "Auntie, you and Uncle are both very good-looking, but why is Chu Zhao's aesthetic sense so unconventional?"
