As the talisman was completed, Xiang Wan clearly saw a faint golden light flash and disappear.
The original owner had seen Tu Hongye do this quite a few times, and he even taught her the gestures. Could it be because Xiang Wan's spiritual platform had been activated?
As night fell, Xiang Wan led Tu Hongye to a dilapidated temple in town, where they rested.
The child, having been busy for most of the night, couldn't stay awake any longer and closed his eyes.
There were no beds in the temple, so Xiang Wan gathered some straw and let Tu Hongye sleep with his head on her lap, while she pondered what had happened under the big tree that day.
It was a fragment of a text on cultivating spiritual awareness, called the "Three Pure Ones Scripture," which the system had told her.
Xiang Wan studied the first volume, which could expand her spiritual awareness and allow her to see things invisible to the naked eye. If she cultivated it to its peak, she might even be able to open her third eye, which would allow her to see ghosts directly without using her own spiritual power.
The original owner didn't have Xiang Wan's situation for two reasons: firstly, she wasn't as diligent, and secondly, her mental strength wasn't as strong as Xiang Wan's, unable to support the demands of expanding her spiritual consciousness. Therefore, the original owner was like someone with a treasure mountain but no way to mine it, allowing Xiang Wan to come in and reap a huge benefit.

The original owner's wish was so grand that if Xiang Wan's strength didn't match it, she would probably die halfway there.
After silently practicing the "Three Pure Ones Scripture" for a full cycle, Xiang Wan suddenly felt an urge to use her spiritual sense to check on her little disciple.
She always felt that Tu Hongye was not simple, and perhaps her spiritual sense could discover something different about him?
Taking something without permission is theft, and using one's spiritual sense to casually pry into someone else's privacy is not exactly honorable either. If one encounters a powerful being, it could very well result in injury.
But this is her apprentice, so there shouldn't be any problem with taking a look.
Having made up her mind, Xiang Wan silently released her spiritual sense, which surged towards Tu Hongye.
