The giant ship slowly started moving in the seawater, like a giant beast, heading towards the depths of the ocean.
Among the crowd leaning against the railing, Xiang Wan didn't see Long Yue. After asking the system, Xiang Wan learned that Long Yue had stayed in the bay and, for some reason, hadn't gone on the expedition with Shui Hu.

The siren snapped out of her daze, her expression one of profound anguish, and murmured, "I should have known. Once she left the sea, she no longer belonged to it. I should have realized it sooner..."

After the monster finished devouring its food, it stretched out its body, extending along the seawater for several kilometers without stopping.
As it grew longer, its thickness continued to decrease until it shrank to the size of a human body, at which point it stopped.

Shuihu waved his hands and gave the order.
As if it understood, the monster suddenly shrank, looked up at him, roared, and then quickly submerged into the sea.
This place, near Ugly Eight's cave, is the first to be affected.

As it moved, Ugly Eight also spun around in place, looking somewhat on its last legs.
The manta ray tried to inject venom into the monster's body with its sharp spines, but the monster's body was very sticky. Even when it tried to stab the monster's waist, the venom just slid out along the soft surface and the manta ray's tail was bitten off.
Next, giant oarfish, king crabs, and other large sea monsters all perished in the monster's gaping maw.
As the monster was leaving, it glanced at Xiang Wan, then swam away to another spot without looking back.
Xiang Wan felt a chill run down her spine from its gaze; those dozens of eyes were filled with disdain.
It disdains to eat creatures like Xiang Wan, which are smaller than its eyes!
There is such a terrifying and ferocious creature in the ocean. If it is not eliminated, the aquatic species will be wiped out sooner or later.
