Standing beside Kod, watching him stare intently at the humans without even noticing Kod standing right next to him, Audra felt a pang of resentment. Especially when he saw the man beside him seemingly fixated on a certain good-looking human, his eyes filled with other emotions, a surge of anger and a murderous urge rose within him.
From the day he captured him, Audra never intended to let him go. Originally, he only wanted him to impersonate Ivan to achieve his goal. Now, he wouldn't even allow him to have eyes for anyone else.
This was the first time he had felt this way since assuming the position of prince. The novelty, curiosity, and expectations for his growth that he had always felt had all changed at this moment, transforming into feelings he had never experienced before.
He may not understand this feeling yet, but until he does, the person beside him must not escape his sight, not even for a few extra glances at other people!
Xiang Wan turned her head and saw the coldness and murderous intent in Audra's eyes, as well as his possessiveness.
From the moment she entered this underground sanctuary, Audra was no longer the prince she had previously known. She was acting according to the character she was portraying, so Audra must also be acting for others in front of a crowd.

Xiang Wan was stunned for a moment, then realized what was happening and gradually made her mouth cold, with a layer of frost gradually forming on the surface to prevent her from having any close contact with Audra.
Audra was so into his role that she, the imposter, had to remind him where he really was.

After saying that, Audra took a step back, crossed his arms, looked around, and met all the scrutinizing gazes.

Audra's words most likely indicated that she had guessed Audra's ability to freeze her body, so there was no need for her to pretend to be a corpse just because of that statement.
Xiang Wan snorted coldly and said angrily, "What's wrong with you?"
Audra was taken aback, then softened his tone, "Don't be angry, honey, they're all watching. We can go to the small room to sort things out."
That look in his eyes... it looked like he was plotting something.
Gradually, the gazes of the crowd sweeping over Xiang Wan became filled with ambiguity.
It seems Audra wants to solidify his image as someone obsessed with men. And how could Xiang Wan possibly disappoint him?
"Hmph, come with me!"
Xiang Wan bypassed the group of vampires, found an empty room, and went inside, with Audra following closely behind.
The atmosphere changed immediately as soon as the door closed.
The room, less than ten square meters, had a bed right inside; it was clearly not a place for sleeping. A faint smell of blood filled the air, along with a strange odor—the residue of human intercourse.
It seems that quite a few vampires had already occupied this room before they arrived.
No one could see that Xiang Wan's attitude had become as respectful as it could possibly be, just like it had been in the castle.
