Chapter 310 Ginseng's Counterattack 7

Suiyi put the elixir into a jade bottle and placed it in front of Dajiao.

"Here, these are all Spirit Opening Pills. Open them and see if you have them. You can also have someone else try them."

"No need, no need!" Its voice was full of surprise as it stared intently at the jade bottle. If the occasion hadn't been inappropriate, it would have wanted to take the pill itself!

Sui Yi shrugged and turned around to start refining the second round of pills!

Three hours later, the pills were taken out, and the result was the same: eight Transformation Pills. However, this round was not very smooth, and they failed once.

"Should I continue refining?" Suiyi asked, handing the pill to Dajiao.

"No need, no need, it's enough. Thank you, Ningning. With these pills, our cultivation time can be shortened even more!"

"Alright! Alchemy is quite mentally taxing, so I'll call it a day!" Sui Yi put the remaining medicinal herbs into her spatial storage and then put away the cauldron. She stood up, stretched, and decided to go out and check on the situation.

"Everyone, don't push, line up first! I'll let you know later if the master is still practicing today." Da Niu shouted loudly as he watched the group of birds and beasts pushing and shoving.

Sui Yi walked over and released her aura, which finally calmed the spirit beasts down.

"Please don't push, everyone. Refining pills is very mentally taxing, so I will only refine five pills a day, which means opening five cauldrons. You should sign up first. I will make sure to refine all of your pills within this month. The reward will be in exchange for medicinal herbs."

The spirit beasts quieted down and looked at the Suiyi.

"Big Horn, go register them and see how many spirit beasts there are. Then, just notify five of them to come and refine pills each day, following the order!"

"Okay!" Big Horn nodded.

After saying that, Suiyi turned and went back into the cave, leaving Dajiao and Da Niu busy outside.

By evening, the registration was finally complete. After handing the booklet to Suiyi, they opened the jade bottle and began consuming the pills. Both beasts chose Transformation Pills. The pills melted instantly upon entering their mouths, followed by a very uncomfortable feeling throughout their bodies. To transform from beast to human, unless one cultivates to a point where the transformation happens naturally, other methods involve a period of suffering. Fortunately, this was only the first time; from now on, they could freely switch between human and beast forms!

Transforming into a human is akin to a complete rebirth, an experience difficult to endure. Sui Yi sat to one side, protecting the two beasts, noticing their bodies radiating heat as if they were about to burst into flames. She wondered where they had obtained the prescription and whether it contained any harmful ingredients. If there were problems, Sui Yi would likely have to take drastic measures to expel the medicinal effects, but that might damage their very foundation.

After waiting for a full five hours, Da Jiao and Da Niu finally transformed into human form. A moment before, Sui Yi had already turned her back and tossed two sets of clothes out of her spatial storage.

When the two woke up and saw their human forms, they were overwhelmed with excitement. However, seeing that they were completely naked, they blushed and put on the clothes that Sui Yi had thrown over to them.

After Ningning finished dressing, Dajiao looked at the girl in front of him and called out.

Sui Yi turned around and saw two boys, both of whom were quite strong. The one with the big horn had a horn on his forehead, while the one with the big ox had one just above his ear.

How are you feeling now?

"It feels a bit strange, I'm not used to it."

"Of course, you've only just transformed from beasts into humans, how could you possibly adapt so quickly? Not bad, not bad, you're not bad looking, thick eyebrows and big eyes." Sui Yi sized up the two of them, making them very uncomfortable. They blushed with embarrassment and dared not look at Sui Yi.

"However... your strength?" Sui Yi sensed the two people's auras and found them to be somewhat weak, lacking the powerful presence they possessed in their beast forms.

"Perhaps because they are in beast form, they are not bound by us, and they have just undergone human transformation, so their aura is somewhat unstable."

"That's good!" Sui Yi nodded, but suddenly her stomach growled loudly. She was surprised to find herself hungry.

"Gurgle, gurgle, gurgle!" Perhaps due to close proximity, the three of them had rumbling stomachs. They looked at each other and suddenly burst into laughter.

"Do you have anything to eat?" Suiyi asked after a moment's hesitation.

"Uh...no!" Actually, the two beasts had food, but it was all bloody wild animals, and they didn't want Ningning to see it, so they lied and said they didn't have any.

"Alright~_~, you two go outside and gather some firewood, I'll prepare the rest," Sui Yi instructed the two beasts.

"Okay!" Without suspecting anything, the two went outside. Sui Yi took out some fresh meat from her spatial storage and examined it carefully. Fortunately, the storage had a preservation function; otherwise, the meat would have been inedible.

Suiyi waited a long time before they finally arrived.

"Put the firewood here!" Sui Yi said to the two of them, pointing to a patch of ground in front of them.

Following Suiyi's instructions, after placing the firewood, Suiyi flicked a wisp of flame from her fingertip onto the firewood, successfully igniting it.

Sui Yi took out the skewered meat and put it on the fire to grill. The three of them sat to the side and waited. After the meat had rendered its fat, Sui Yi sprinkled seasoning on it and turned it over to grill. In less than ten minutes, the aroma of grilled meat filled the air, and the two of them were drooling with their wild instincts.

"Slurp!" He sucked back the drool from the corner of his mouth and stared intently at the rolling roasted meat.

"→_→!" This must be a reincarnated starving ghost! But the three of them smelled the aroma and became even hungrier, their stomachs growling incessantly.

Twenty minutes later, Suiyi tore off a smaller piece and looked at the two of them, saying, "You two can share the rest. If it's not enough, you can go and hunt some game yourselves, and I'll roast it for you."

"Really?" The two looked at Sui Yi with surprise. There was no way around it; the remaining meat wasn't even enough to fill their stomachs. To think they could eat their fill was a complete pipe dream.

Sui Yi ate her grilled meat slowly and deliberately, a stark contrast to the two people opposite her who wolfed down their food, finishing their portion of grilled meat in no time.

After finishing their meal, without Suiyi saying anything, they walked out on their own. If they wanted to be full, they had to have another meal.

Half an hour later, a man returned dragging a wild boar. "Ningning, we cleaned these two boars by the river. They can be roasted right away."

"Um!"

Sui Yi took out a larger iron fork and skewered the two pigs onto it. "Go and make a fire, and roast one for each of you. I'll help you with the seasonings! Self-reliance leads to abundance."

"Um!"

The three chatted and laughed as they grilled the meat.

Their admiration for Suiyi grew deeper and deeper!

After eating her fill, it was time to rest. Suiyi found a quiet corner, sat cross-legged, and began her meditation practice.

Meanwhile, Da Niu and Da Jiao consciously walked to the other side and stared blankly as Sui Yi cultivated.

"Aren't we wasting our time like this?"

"Why?"

“Look at Ningning, she’s better than us. She’s cultivating, while we’re just spacing out.”

“I just made a decision. From now on, wherever Ningning goes, I will go with her.”

“Me too,” Da Niu nodded.
