Chapter 44 Back to Reality 1

Sui Yi lived to be over forty in the third mission world. How did she die? It's a sad story. She accidentally choked to death while eating fish. Sui Yi returned to her star room and, in a fit of anger, grabbed the system and gave it a good beating.

"You're stuck yourself, why are you hitting me?"

"If you hadn't told me jokes while I was eating fish, would I have choked to death?"

"That's because you're stupid."

"I'll beat you to death today!" Sui Yi chased the system, jumping up and down the room.

A dozen minutes later, Suiyi and the system collapsed to the ground, panting.

"System, tally up my score this time," Sui Yi said to the system.

"This time it's 1500 points," the system replied.

"Then send me back to the real world, and I'll finish the novel." After saying this, Sui Yi was back in reality with a flash of white light. She was still in the same position she had left in. More than thirty years had passed in the mission world, while only three days had passed in the real world.

"Tong'er, is there a ratio between time in the mission world and time in the real world?" Sui Yi asked.

"Yes, ten years in the mission world is one day in the real world."

"Did I protect my body while I was doing the mission?" Sui Yi asked, because she was afraid that if her soul transmigrated into the book, the physical body she left behind would be harmed.

"Yes, we concealed your body during your mission, so even if someone came, they couldn't see or touch you."

"That's good." After saying that, Sui Yi got up. It was daytime now, and three days had passed. Sui Yi drew back the curtains, and the glaring sunlight shone in. Sui Yi reflexively closed her eyes. The weather was very nice today. Sui Yi found some clothes to change into and planned to go outside for a walk.

Just then, Suiyi's phone rang. Suiyi answered the phone, "Hello? Yang Suiyi."

"Suiyi, the club is hosting a party in a few days, are you coming?" It was Suiyi's good friend Xiaoxiao who called.

"I'm not going. It's pointless, and I don't have anything important to do."

"Yes, you didn't know, did you? The boss of the Qi Group is going to hold a party at our clubhouse."

"Why? There are plenty of places that are even better than our club." Sui Yi was puzzled and couldn't understand it at all.

"Don't look down on yourself. Our club is different from other clubs. We're all about retro style, while they're all about European and American style. Maybe the boss of the Qi Group is a person who appreciates elegance, so he comes to our club!"

"Who cares? Just organize the others and make sure they do their jobs," Suiyi said.

"And what about you? You're the owner of a club too, and you've been very busy lately. I'm telling you, it's time to get down to business since you're always shirking your responsibilities," Xiaoxiao said bluntly.

"Okay, I'll come over and take a look in a bit." It's no wonder Xiaoxiao said that Suiyi is such a homebody. Since the day the club opened, she hasn't come to the club or cared about its affairs. Xiaoxiao has been managing everything.

Suiyi and her best friend Xiaoxiao jointly opened an entertainment club called "Yazhuxuan." The walls are decorated with red tiles and white walls, and the club is filled with weeping bamboo. The club is divided into east and west sections. The east side features modern entertainment, including a bar, shooting range, billiards room, and gym. The west side is more minimalist, with many musical instruments and serving traditional wines like peach blossom wine and various teas, while the staff wear Hanfu (traditional Han clothing). The contrasting styles of the east and west appeal to both groups. However, the west side is usually frequented by older people, while the east side is primarily a place for younger people to enjoy themselves.
