After disciplining the person, Sui Yi went to find Lin Xiao to tell him that she wanted to work for Qin's company. However, Lin Xiao was still asleep, and it would be impolite to wake him. So she went to the kitchen to see what food was available.
When Suiyi walked into the kitchen, she saw that Sister Li was already inside making steamed buns.
"Sister Li, it's so early, why don't you rest a little longer?" Sui Yi asked.
"Well, we older folks don't feel that sleepy anymore, and besides, there are so many people waiting for breakfast," Sister Li replied with a smile.
"That would be tiring. Why don't you just buy breakfast outside?" Suiyi asked curiously.

"But making steamed buns is too much trouble. Why don't we just cook some porridge?"

“I say rich people are just sick. They don’t eat this or that, but they won’t die.” Sui Yi looked down on these rich people with so many ailments.
"Hehe, once you're used to fine clothes and sumptuous food, who would want to eat simple meals?" Sister Li said with a smile.
"Sister Li, let me cook the porridge. Those people will definitely eat it." Sui Yi felt sorry for Sister Li.

After finishing her explanation, Suiyi went to find some fresh cabbage, washed it, and put it in a pot to boil. Next, she rinsed the rice. Once the water boiled, Suiyi added the rice. When the rice was almost cooked, she used a spoon to stir in the cabbage, then turned down the heat, added some corn kernels, and slowly simmered the porridge. In her spare time, Suiyi also stir-fried a few side dishes. Half an hour later, Suiyi had prepared breakfast.
"Alright, Sister Li, from now on, just make simple breakfasts. There's no need to go to so much trouble. Don't stay up too late, and take care of your health. Let others do these things. We should be self-reliant, shouldn't we?"
"You silly girl." Sister Li felt warm inside when she heard her sister's concern for her; she felt like she was her own daughter and liked her very much.
"Come on, let me see what this porridge looks like." Suiyi said, opening the pot. The porridge inside looked very appealing. Sister Li also came over to take a look and gave Suiyi a thumbs up.
Suiyi first ladled out a bowl and gave it to Sister Li so she could try it.
"Mmm, it tastes great. It's sweet. I didn't expect cabbage porridge to be so delicious," Sister Li said after taking a bite.
"Sister Li, let me ladle another bowl for you." Sui Yi said, getting to work. Then, Sui Yi thought for a moment, and somehow got some black powder and put it in. The porridge, which looked very appetizing, instantly changed color, looking like it contained mud. Sui Yi looked at the porridge and laughed.
"What are you doing?" Sister Li was dumbfounded by her actions. Why would she put something strange in perfectly good porridge? Could it be medicine? Sister Li didn't believe her own guess and asked.
"This won't harm anyone, and it actually makes it taste even better. It just doesn't look very appealing. You should try it if you don't believe me." He then gave Sister Li a little bit. After Sister Li tasted it, her eyes lit up; it really was delicious.
“Sister Li, actually, the black stuff inside is the most valuable. A small packet is worth ten thousand yuan, but you can only eat a little, otherwise you’ll overdo it,” Suiyi explained.

"Anyway, it's good for your health, and I'm going to eat it myself later," Suiyi said, seeing that Sister Li was still a little worried.
"We'll take it out, Sister Li, could you help me for a moment?" With that, Sui Yi carried the breakfast out. Lin Xiao had already prepared it at the table, along with Ah Xuan, Li Yi, and Zhou Yifei. Sister Li was startled to see their bruised and swollen faces.

"Sister Li, what delicious food did you make today?" Li Yi asked.
"Little Peach made all the breakfasts today. I just helped out."
As soon as Sister Li said it was made by Xiao Taozi, several pairs of eyes turned to Suiyi, their eyes filled with inquiry and doubt.
Lin Xiao: "The people I've got my eye on are good, but it's annoying that these other people got to eat too. Looks like I need to take action."
Ah Xuan: "Sister Tao, you're trying to make it up to us, aren't you?"

"Of course I ate it." Ah Xuan said, picking up a bowl first. He then grabbed a spoon from the side, lifted the lid of the pot, and steam immediately billowed out. After the steam dissipated, he was about to scoop some out when he suddenly froze. He could only see white rice, yellow corn and cabbage, and some black, unidentified objects inside. Was it burnt? He seriously doubted it. Suddenly, he couldn't bring himself to eat it.
Looking at Sui Yi's smiling face, he became certain of his suspicions: there was a 99% chance that something was amiss.
"Oh, I just remembered, I have something urgent to do. I'll go take care of it now." With that, Ah Xuan got up and left.
"Aren't you going to eat?" Suiyi asked.
"I'm not hungry. I'll go now, you guys take your time eating."
"Um, I have a date with my girlfriend today, so I have to go first. You guys enjoy your meal." After saying that, Li Yi left as well. In the end, only three people remained at the table: Lin Xiao, Zhou Yifei, and Sui Yi.
"These people are really unlucky. Stupid."
Looking at the two people to the side, he asked, "What about you two? Are you going to eat?"
"Eat, of course we'll eat." Zhou Yifei wasn't picky about food, while Lin Xiao was too embarrassed to leave. He had to give the woman he liked face, didn't he?
