Sui Yi returned to her bedroom, lay down on the bed, sighed, and closed her eyes to rest, but in reality, she was chatting with the system.
Sui Yi: "System, do you know what to do now?"
The system feigned ignorance, thinking, "What? I don't know what I'm supposed to do?"
Sui Yi: "Hehe, don't mess with me, hurry up and tell me the information about the mission target."
"Damn, you have such a good memory! Why didn't I make you forget everything?" Knowing there was no way to escape, the system said to Sui Yi, "The target I found is surnamed Qin. He is the true head of the Qin family, the true ruler of the Qin clan. Legend has it that he is ruthless and once challenged and defeated the world's largest mercenary leader. He also served in the military, but he has now retired and seems to have disappeared without a trace. His information is a national level three secret; even I could only find this much."
"Damn, this kind of person is definitely a tough opponent." Sui Yi rolled her eyes.
"Master, difficulty brings challenge, and challenge brings a sense of accomplishment." The system began its philosophical theory again.
"Get out of my way." Sui Yi seemed to have thought of something, and rolled out of bed. She sat at the table, turned on the computer, and prepared to explore the internal system of the National Security Bureau. Her fingers nimbly tapped on the keyboard, and lines of code appeared on the screen, forming a mysterious world.
In ten minutes, Sui Yi broke through the National Security Bureau's firewall system. She found a confidential document concerning an important figure and was about to open it when she felt an obstacle. Did the National Security Bureau also have skilled hackers? She didn't consider that the National Security Bureau, responsible for protecting national security, couldn't possibly lack expert personnel. However, the people there weren't actually as skilled as Sui Yi. So far, no one had realized their firewall had been breached.
What's actually hindering Sui Yi is the Heavenly Dao of this world. The Heavenly Dao approves of outsiders who help eliminate resentment. However, if a mission taker does something harmful to this world, they will face obstacles. Sui Yi is unaware of this, and the system hasn't told her either, for fear she might exploit a loophole in the Heavenly Dao and do something earth-shattering.
After half an hour of trying, Sui Yi was puzzled. Her tests revealed no one was on the other end of the computer, leading her to suspect this was a sophisticated tactic employed by the National Security Bureau. Sui Yi abandoned this approach, eliminating any trace of her intrusion. She logged out and, after some thought, decided to target the Qin Group's computers. This time, Sui Yi easily breached their firewall, accessed the Qin Group's boss's information, copied the files, concealed her intrusion activity, and carefully examined the copied files.
"I found the details of the Qin Group's shareholders' meeting." Sui Yi opened the file, quickly browsed through it, and found several important names.
"Qin Yuanzhi, Qin Dongjun, and Qin Xiao." The information shows that these three people are the most important. Among them, Qin Yuanzhi holds the most shares, but according to the data, he is now 76 years old. Qin Dongjun is Qin Yuanzhi's second son, 50 years old, and holds shares in the middle. Qin Xiao holds the fewest shares; he is Qin Yuanzhi's grandson and is 25 years old.
Based on what the system had just told her, Sui Yi felt that the most likely target was either Qin Dongjun or Qin Xiao. Sui Yi locked onto these two as her targets. However, to get closer to them and further confirm their identities, she needed to go to work at the Qin Corporation.
After figuring out the key points, Suiyi finally felt a little happier, as she was one step closer to completing her mission. She went back to bed, covered herself with the blanket, and slept peacefully.
The next day, Suiyi got up early, washed up, and came out of her bedroom to find Ah Xuan and the others had already returned from their run. They were sitting on the sofa chatting.
"Xuan, what time did you get back last night?" asked a man in sportswear, whom Sui Yi had never met before.
"Hehe, let me tell you, last night the boss took us out for hairy crabs and lobsters, and they were so delicious!" Ah Xuan smacked his lips with a cheeky grin as he told everyone.
"Tch, when has the boss ever been so humane?"
“You’re just jealous,” Ah Xuan replied.
"Yesterday you only got here because of someone, and you even ate too much." Bai Luo came in at this moment, followed by a girl.
“…Hey, ancestor, can you keep your voice down? If this gets out, what will become of my reputation?” Ah Xuan quickly went over and covered his mouth, saying to him.
"I didn't say anything about you, why are you getting so worked up?" Bai Luo rolled her eyes at Ah Xuan and removed his hand.
"Damn it, Bai Luo, you're going to get me killed!" Ah Xuan was very agitated.
"What happened?" he asked quietly.
"If I could tell you, I would have already. By the way, Bai Luo, how did you know about this?" After answering the whispered question, Ah Xuan turned to look at Bai Luo.
"Last night, in the middle of the night, that person called me, asking for medicine to treat diarrhea. How stupid of them, getting diarrhea from eating seafood."
Who are you talking about?
"yes?"
"Stop keeping me in suspense, okay?" The others listened to their conversation with blank expressions.
"Go away, what are you doing here? Are you itching for a beating? Come on, let's go to the training ground and have a go." Ah Xuan threatened the group.
"Tch, fine, don't tell me then. Old Bai, tell me." One of the group couldn't contain his curiosity and asked.
"I advise you not to talk about this, or you won't even know how you died," Ah Xuan warned the group.
"Pshaw, what's the big deal? There's nothing we can't handle. Don't you agree?"
“Yes, Wang Fan is right. Just tell us, and we'll cover for you if anything happens,” Zhao Le said.
