After seeing Zhou Cong and his companion off, Chu Lan and the other two returned to the private room they had been in before.
They were startled by the woman sitting behind the table with a cold expression as soon as they opened the door.
Chu Lan had already had experience before, so her reaction was better; but it was Zhang Yao's first time, and when she first saw the woman, her legs went weak with fright. Fortunately, Chu Lan caught her in time so she didn't fall.
Hu Xin was following behind them and didn't know what was happening inside. However, she felt unwell and urged, "Mom, Aunt Yao, hurry up and leave!" Unexpectedly, after saying that, everything went black and she fainted.
When Chu Lan saw her daughter suddenly faint, she turned pale with fright and exclaimed, "Xin Xin!" She bent down and picked up the child.
Inside the private room, Chu Nian sighed deeply and said, "Bring the child in!"
Zhang Yao and Chu Lan hurriedly carried the child into the private room. Zhang Yao closed the door behind her and asked anxiously, "What happened to the child? Wasn't he already better?"
Chu Nian simply pulled the tablecloth off the dining table, and all the food was spilled onto the floor without a single drop of soup, clearing the table and gesturing for Chu Lan to put the child on it.
Hearing Zhang Yao's words, Chu Nian said coldly, "In this world, not everyone is someone you can afford to associate with. As she said the last few words, she looked at Chu Lan very solemnly, and her tone became more serious.

A moment later, Hu Xin woke up, opened her eyes and saw Chu Nian, murmuring, "Mom, how come you suddenly became so beautiful?"
Chu Nian chuckled and said, "I'm not your mother." Then she stepped aside.
Chu Lan quickly stepped forward and explained, "Mom is here, and that's your aunt."
"She's my aunt?!" Hu Xin exclaimed in surprise, sitting up and looking at Chu Nian with curiosity and a hint of excitement.
Chu Nian said helplessly, "I've said it before, I'm not Chu Mei."
Chu Lan stubbornly insisted, "No matter what you say, I will treat you as Chu Mei."
Hu Xin jumped off the table, startling Chu Lan who was afraid she would fall. She reached out to help her, but Hu Xin had already run to Chu Nian, tilted her head back, and asked with a smile, "Auntie, my head hurt so much just now, but it doesn't hurt at all now. Did you cure me?"
Chu Nian paused for a moment before saying, "I don't like brats."
Hu Xin paused for a moment, then continued with a smile, "It's okay, I'll grow up soon!"

Chu Lan quickly instructed Hu Xin: "Xin Xin, you must not tell anyone about your aunt's matter, do you understand?"
Hu Xin nodded solemnly.
Chu Lan said to Zhang Yao, "Let's hurry home, pack our things, and leave this place!"
Zhang Yao asked helplessly, "Where are we going?"
Chu Lan thought for a moment and said, "Let's go stay at my aunt's house for a few days. Hopefully, this storm will pass soon."
Zhang Yao: "My shop is alright, there's someone watching over it. What about yours?"
