The people at the door were momentarily stunned when they heard laughter coming from inside.
"What's going on?" Why is there laughter coming from there?
The crowd looked at each other, their faces showing some confusion.
"Are there other people in the room?"
Gu Dongye's face darkened instantly.

Was Jiang Cha deliberately trying to embarrass him?

"Alright." Ning Hong shrugged helplessly and walked inside.
"director."
Jiang Cha walked up to the director and bowed deeply to him.
"What's wrong?"
"I'm really sorry, I won't be recording anymore. I'll pay you the penalty for breach of contract."
"Jiang Cha, what are you doing?"
"Stop recording? How can you say that?" She didn't want to record anymore, but he wanted to continue.
"The reason I don't want to continue recording is because I want to break up with you," Jiang Cha said impatiently. "I'm sorry for what I did to you, Director. Consider it a favor I owe you. Whatever you want me to do, as long as it's reasonable, I will definitely do it for you."

The director's eyes lit up even more.
"Then please help me persuade her to take the role in my TV series."
