The items I bought were delivered so quickly? Ning Hong opened the door with a slight sense of doubt.
The door had just opened.
The man outside the door pounced on Ning Hongze like a hungry wolf, dragging her inside and kicking the door shut.
The man pulled out a folding knife and pressed it against Ning Hongze's abdomen.
"Don't move! Where is your money?"
"Are you robbing me?"

"Yes, quickly take out all the money in the house."
"I don't have much money at home."
"Take as much as you can."
“But I don’t want to give it to you.” Ning Hong smoothed her hair and slightly raised her chin. “Then what should we do?”

These four words flashed through the man's mind in an instant.
I was so nervous just now that I didn't even notice how beautiful this woman was.
"No money? That's alright, you can make up for it yourself—" The man swallowed hard, a lewd smile spreading across his face.
"You said you heard screams coming from next door?"

She was pondering whether or not she should knock on the door.
"If there's really danger, you should call the police. What's the use of calling me?" What good is she, a nobody, against bad guys?
"Didn't you play a policewoman a while ago? Didn't you say you even went for training for a period of time?"
"That's just talk. Do you really think I'll become an expert just because I went to training for a few days?"
