"Yueyue, this mission was completed so quickly?" Ling was a little confused.
"Probably," Leng Yue also found it surprisingly smooth. "Do you think there might be some hidden mission that we don't know about?"
Zero sighed helplessly, "Who knows?"
"By the way, can I go back now?" Leng Yue usually leaves once she has completed her mission.

“This shouldn’t be a bad thing for you,” Zero said. “You can continue to wait for someone to show up; the device shows you haven’t completed the mission yet.”
"Still not finished with the mission?" Leng Yue pondered. "Has Leng Kang not given up on his idea of going abroad?"
"Judging from the results, that's definitely the case." Zero response.
"So stubborn? Just like a rock." Leng Yue really didn't know what to say.
"Keep up the good work! I'm going to chat with Xiaomei now, bye-bye." Zero logged off after saying that. It hadn't contacted Xiaomei in a long time, and since Lengyue had nothing else to do, she went to chat with Xiaomei.
"Why are you running so fast, really!" Although Leng Yue said this, she still smiled and imagined what Xiao Mei looked like and whether she would meet her with Ling.

Leng Yue looked up from her feet and, sure enough, saw a man hanging, or rather, suspended, from the beam of her window. His tongue was sticking out, swaying back and forth like a hanged ghost, drifting in the wind.
Leng Yue recognized the man; he was none other than Tang Liangfeng, whom she had just seen off a few days prior.
"Get down! Who are you trying to scare?" Leng Yue growled, startling Tang Liangfeng, who quickly withdrew his tongue and obediently landed in front of Leng Yue.
"Miss Leng, it's been a long time! How have you been?" Tang Liangfeng bowed and smiled obsequiously.
"Something wrong? Didn't you go to reincarnate?" Leng Yue glanced at him.
"I don't come here unless I need something," Tang Liangfeng said with a miserable laugh, his pale face seeming to turn even paler. "Um, I'm out of money, Miss Leng, could you burn some more?"
Tang Liangfeng's voice trailed off as he spoke. Leng Yue kept glancing at him sideways. "Are you done? If you're done, get lost!"
"Miss Leng, please have mercy! This is really, really just this once, this is truly the last time!" Tang Liangfeng said as he knelt down on the ground, trying to hug Leng Yue's leg.
Leng Yue didn't move, just waiting for him to hug her. But Tang Liangfeng withdrew his hand himself.
Leng Yue gave a sarcastic smile, "Tang Liangfeng, Tang Liangfeng, how long are you going to keep scheming?"
"No, Miss Leng, you're overthinking it..." Tang Liangfeng kept explaining, but dared not meet Leng Yue's gaze.
"Hehe, do you think I'm stupid?" Leng Yue twirled the pen in her hand. "Let's put aside the matter of you scheming against me when I burned paper money for you before. Let me tell you about your behavior just now."
Leng Yue stood up. "You appeared through the window, and as a hanged ghost no less. I don't need to explain why, do I?"
Tang Liangfeng lowered his head and forced a smile, "What... what could I possibly be doing this for?"
"Of course it was to scare me! You wanted to see if I'd be scared, if I'd scream. Just like before, if I reacted violently, you could use the opportunity to threaten me. Tang Liangfeng stared at Leng Yue for a while before silently turning and leaving.

However, while Leng Yue said that, she didn't really want Tang Liangfeng to cause trouble. The talisman she had just taken out was fake; it wasn't from the system shop at all, just an ordinary piece of yellow paper with symbols she had drawn herself for fun.

Flipping through the manuscript, she saw only obscure and difficult words. After a few glances, Leng Yue didn't want to look anymore, constantly regretting her decision. "Why did I have to be so greedy for money? This level of difficulty will shorten my life!"
"Forget it, I'll play for a while. Anyway, there's still plenty of time before the deadline!" Leng Yue said, throwing away the Oxford Dictionary, turning off her computer, and comfortably lying on the bed to scroll through her phone.

Leng Yue opened the video app, intending to find a drama to watch. However, she saw a recommended news article titled "Unscrupulous Boss Flees with Funds, Did He Take His Sister-in-Law or His Mistress with Him This Time?" Out of curiosity, she clicked on it.
While the webpage was buffering, Leng Yue was still thinking, "Why is everything like this now?" Why can't you take your wife and children with you when you run away? She wondered if the title was intentional or genuine.
Before even looking at the content of the webpage, Leng Yue was immediately drawn to a person in the picture. Who else could that upright and gentlemanly face be but Tang Liangfeng?
