"My parents called and want me to go home." On the first weekend of the holiday, Leng Yue held the phone in her hand and looked at Qian Chen longingly. "But I don't want to go home."
Qianchen sighed helplessly, "I offered to go with you to meet your parents, but you refused. Now look what's happened, they've come to get you!"

"Am I going a bit too far?" Leng Yue held the phone in her hand, looking at Qian Chen with some trepidation.
Qianchen patted Lengyue's head. "What a sentimental little fool! All children are like this. When they grow up and their wings harden, they will eventually leave their parents' embrace and fly high. Don't just think about you, even the original owner would be like that. And you're supposed to be a biology student, how can you not even know such a simple natural law!"

Leng Yue twirled a strand of hair with her fingers, nestled in Qian Chen's arms, and after a moment of silence, she said, "I want to try. I want to pursue a master's degree, a doctorate, and go to a research institute."
"Hey, your goal is really ambitious." Qian Chen tapped Leng Yue's head. "How did you come up with this idea? Wouldn't it be better if you followed me from now on?"
Leng Yue shook her head. "This is actually the original owner's wish. Only I can take over her life. I can't let her live this life casually. She can't truly have a life, so I will do my best to let her see the life she desires."

The original owner had always studied very hard, but lacked willpower. She was dumped by Yu Shao Chen in her freshman year, which affected her somewhat, and her grades declined. In her junior year, she even dropped out of school. The original owner died without fulfilling her dream.
Now that Leng Yue has taken her place, she must earnestly do what the original owner wanted to do.
“Hehe,” Qianchen suddenly laughed.
Leng Yue retorted, "What are you laughing at? What's so funny!"

"They said they were afraid you would dissect them," Qianchen said, then laughed to himself.
Leng Yue rolled her eyes so hard they almost reached the sky. "Are we that heartless? We're not medical students! If that's the case, then all forensic doctors should just stay single! What kind of person are you, a coward!"
"You know what, people like forensic doctors are really better suited to marrying colleagues or police officers. Because some people just can't accept that kind of profession," Qian Chen said earnestly, looking at Leng Yue.
"And what about you? If I did the same job, would you look down on me?" Leng Yue asked, her eyes fixed on Qian Chen with a threatening look. It seemed that if he dared to say anything she disliked, she would definitely not let him off the hook.
Qian Chen's survival instinct was indeed strong: "What are you saying? As long as it's you, I won't like anything you do!"

Afraid she would fall, Qianchen quickly grabbed her, a smile playing on his lips. He thought to himself that his daughter was indeed a silly girl; a few words were enough to make her happy like a little fool!
