Returning to the hall, Zhu Yuanqing saw Mu Honghui waiting at the door.
Mu Honghui saw that his expression was a little serious, noticed the dark water marks on his sleeves, and frowned: "What's wrong?"
"It's okay." Zhu Yuanqing replied casually, "It has nothing to do with you."
After saying that, he walked out of the hall.
Zhu Yuanqing unbuttoned his coat as he walked, put the coat on his arm, and threw it aside after getting in the car, some distance away from the two of them.
The fragrance seemed to come from the tip of his nose again. Zhu Yuanqing's eyes were cold and he opened the car window next to him.
Mu Honghui watched his movements from the side, feeling a little worried. He wanted to ask something but didn't know how to start, so he could only look at him.
He knew that his previous words would inevitably push Zhu Yuanqing away, and he had prepared himself mentally, but when he really faced such a scene, Mu Honghui still felt a pang of pain in his chest.
As the cold wind blew, the faint fragrance seemed to disappear, but Zhu Yuanqing became more concerned.
Sure enough, in less than five minutes, his body gradually became hot, and his heart seemed to be on fire, burning more and more vigorously as time passed.
Zhu Yuanqing frowned slightly, probably knowing what was added to the wine.
"Mu Honghui, take me to the nearest hospital." Zhu Yuanqing said.
Hearing this, Mu Honghui became really anxious.
His face was filled with unconcealed worry. He propped himself up on the wheelchair with both arms and tried to turn his body sideways. "What's wrong? Are you feeling unwell?"
At this time, the driver also said: "Mr. Xu, there is no hospital nearby, and the nearest one will take at least an hour."
An hour, and now there is a traffic jam, so the time may be doubled. But now it only takes less than ten minutes to get back to Mu's house.
Mu Honghui didn't ask any more questions and quickly called his private doctor.
He handed over the phone, his eyes pleading: "If you don't want to talk to me, at least talk to the doctor."
The man's eyes were full of worry and a rare fragility. It was the first time Zhu Yuanqing saw such an expression in his eyes. It seemed that if he refused, he would break in front of him.
The rising temperature of his body made him a little emotionally unstable, and even his heart was burning in flames. Zhu Yuanqing looked at him and took the phone under his expectant gaze.
"Don't get me wrong, I might have been drugged."
Mu Honghui's face suddenly became extremely ugly.
To prevent him from thinking too much, Zhu Yuanqing simply turned on the external signal.
After describing his condition, the doctor on the other end of the phone spoke cautiously, "Mr. Xu, this medicine might have entered the body through the smell. Judging from your current condition, the effect should be very strong. Cold water and ice cubes will not work."
"Just tell me what we should do!" Mu Honghui said coldly.
Hearing his voice, the doctor over there almost dropped his phone and gritted his teeth, "Just...it will feel much better if you relieve it."
He really didn't want to say this in front of Mu Honghui, the evil god, so he quickly added: "Give me half an hour, I'll run to the Mu family!"
After hanging up the phone, Zhu Yuanqing opened the window a little wider. The cold wind blew in his face, calming his restless body a little.
He was not so irrational as to be driven insane by this little bit of medicine, but his body's reaction was really uncomfortable. Waves of heat surged through his body, one more violent than the other, and Zhu Yuanqing's face turned a little red.
He took a deep breath against Xiangfang Yang and Zheng Chengzhou.
The driver increased the speed of the car, and the huge pastoral house was already in sight. When the car stopped, Zhu Yuanqing was the first to get out.
"I'm leaving first."
Mu Honghui quickly opened the fixed lock, adjusted the wheelchair speed to the maximum and got out of the car.
Zhu Yuanqing opened the door cautiously and took out a bottle of ice water from the refrigerator and drank it.
The cold water seemed to extinguish the high temperature in his body, but within a few seconds, an even stronger surge of heat came over him, causing Zhu Yuanqing's body temperature to rise even more.
It seems that cold water and the like are indeed useless and can even increase the medicinal properties.
Zhu Yuanqing closed the refrigerator door, unbuttoned his shirt, his chest heaving, and strode towards the bedroom.
Zhu Yuanqing felt that the medicinal properties were effective and the effect would last only half an hour, and it would be over as soon as he closed his eyes.
Two minutes later, Zhu Yuanqing lay back on the bed, his usually bright eyes staring blankly at the ceiling: [007, I feel like I'm dying.]
007 was helpless: [Host, there are still more than 20 minutes left, hold on!]
Zhu Yuanqing really didn't expect that this thing would be so effective. It burned him so much that his consciousness became a little blurred.
Outside the door, Mu Honghui raised his hand and then put it down again. Then his worry got the better of him and he knocked on the door.
There was no sound.
He no longer hesitated and pushed the door open.
The person inside the door was lying on the bed without moving, and did not notice anyone coming in. Mu Honghui was extremely anxious. He pushed the wheelchair forward and called him softly.
Zhu Yuanqing did not respond.
Approaching the bed, Mu Honghui saw Zhu Yuanqing's condition clearly.
His neatly combed hair was now messy, the strands of hair hanging on his forehead were wet with sweat, his cheeks and earlobes were red, his brows were tightly furrowed, and his eyes were staring upwards.
"Xu Mo?" Mu Honghui raised his voice.
"Huh?" It seemed like someone was calling him. Zhu Yuanqing closed his eyes and opened them again, and saw a person lying beside the bed.
"What are you doing here?" Zhu Yuanqing stood up straight, his voice hoarse.
His condition was visibly bad. When Mu Honghui held his hand, he felt like he was holding a red-hot iron.
"Why is it so hot?" Mu Honghui frowned, anger burning in his eyes.
"It's okay, I can still hold on." Zhu Yuanqing withdrew his hand, held his forehead, and exhaled a breath of hot air.
