"Are you feeling better?"
Jiang Jingyu nodded first, then shook her head violently, and a dull and hoarse voice came from under the quilt.
"My back hurts."
Upon hearing this, Ji Yanli moved his big, broad palm to her waist and gently massaged it.
"Is this better?"
"Yeah, much better."
Ji Yanli massaged Jiang Jingyu's waist very patiently. Jiang Jingyu looked at his face, as if she could never see enough.
"What time is it? Don't you have to go to work today?"
Ji Yanli glanced at his watch: "Just nine o'clock."
"Nine?"
Jiang Jingyu opened her eyes wide and sat up in shock in her dying state.
"No, no, I'm going to be late. I have to go to the company!"
After Jiang Jingyu finished speaking, she lifted the quilt and stood up. Her body covered with charming red marks was instantly seen by Ji Yanli.
Ji Yanli's breath became hot, and he sat up from the bed. He looked up at Jiang Jingyu who was standing on the bed, and held her legs with one hand and lifted her up.
"I've asked Jiang Chuan to ask for leave for you from Tianyu. You don't need to go today."
"What about you? You don't have to go to the company today?"
"Well, the project is finished, so I can spend a few days with you."
Ji Yanli deliberately emphasized the word "well", which made Jiang Jingyu blush. She pretended not to understand the hint in his words and changed the subject.
"Why are you getting up so early when you don't have to go to work? Let me go back, I want to sleep a little longer!"
Ji Yanli carried Jiang Jingyu to the wardrobe and put her down.
"I can't sleep anymore. I still have things to do."
"What's up?"
"Go pick someone up at the airport."
