Xiaozhao and Lu Qingyan, carrying large suitcases, were discussing with someone about buying a house.

In the living room downstairs, a pot of hot tea was steaming.
Lu Qingyan looked up and saw that the young man was wearing a Tang suit, which had a retro feel to it, making him stand out from the people around him who pursued a Western style. His hair was very short, as if it had just been trimmed.
Lu Qingyan saw his face clearly and exclaimed in her heart: What a handsome person.
"It seems my house is quite popular." The old man, who was over fifty, chuckled, looked at the young man and then at Lu Qingyan, before slowly saying, "This house is so big, everything is top-notch, at least twenty small yellow croakers."
"Twenty!" Xiaozhao exclaimed in surprise, "That's so expensive!"
The young man raised his eyelids slightly: "I saw a place before, even bigger than this, that only offered twelve small yellow croakers. Sir, your business practices are not fair!"
