Chapter 661 The Person Forced into Marriage 18.7

Jin Ye is the homeroom teacher of a senior high school class, and his work is particularly demanding. He finally got two days off and was planning to rest at home, but someone came to his house in the middle of the night and kept ringing the doorbell, waking him up. He is now very angry.

In other words, it's being grumpy when you wake up.

He initially thought it was someone's prank. After all, no matter how outstanding a person is, there will always be one or two people who dislike them. People had played pranks on him like this before.

When he opened the door, he saw Sun Feng, who had been missing for several days. He still remembered this good student.

He stepped aside to let the person in: "Come in! Why are you suddenly looking for your teacher? And what's this—" He looked at the unconscious Mrs. Sun, at a loss for what to do.

Lu Qingyan glanced at Jin's mother and said, "Teacher Jin, this is my mother. She's asleep from exhaustion."

Jin Ye led Lu Qingyan to the guest room, settled Sun's mother in, and then the two sat down in the living room.

Jin Ye poured Lu Qingyan a glass of water and asked, "Why did you come over in the middle of the night?"

“Teacher,” she said, tears streaming down her face as she looked at the familiar face.

This wasn't Lu Qingyan crying on her own; it was an expression of the original owner's feelings. Although the original owner had a few romantic thoughts about Jin Ye, she felt more of a familial affection for him.

Jin Ye's maturity and composure make it easy for people to overlook his age and treat him as an elder. Sun Feng didn't enjoy much love from her father at home, and her mother, being gentle and not daring to disobey him, usually kept her distance. When she was close to her, it was always in secret.

Although Jin Ye is a teacher and a homeroom teacher, he plays a more fatherly role in the class. Although he is not very old, he is very convincing.

Seeing this person appear beside him, he couldn't hold back his suppressed emotions any longer: "Teacher Kim."

Jin Ye quickly handed Lu Qingyan a piece of paper. Although she didn't show any emotion on her face, her movements were very gentle.

After Lu Qingyan had cried for a while and calmed down, she finally spoke up: "Don't worry, tell me slowly. Your teacher is here and will help you."

Jin Ye also vaguely guessed that it was related to the days she disappeared, but seeing that she was emotionally unstable, he was not in a hurry to press her for details.

"It's still dark. Drink some water and get some rest. We can talk about it tomorrow."

Lu Qingyan nodded, watched Jin Ye enter his room, and then went back to her guest room to sleep.

The steady breathing of Grandma Sun beside her gave Lu Qingyan a sense of peace. Without realizing it, she relaxed as well.

Lu Qingyan was still asleep when Sun Mama woke her up at dawn. She looked at the room with some fear, her voice trembling, "Feng'er, where is this place? How did we get here? Where's your father? Where did he go?"

"Mom, don't be afraid. I carried you here on my back. This is our teacher's house."

"Male or female?" Sun's mother asked nervously, clearly concerned about the teacher's gender.

“It’s a man,” Lu Qingyan replied. This was not something that could be hidden in the first place.

Hearing Lu Qingyan say this, Sun's mother became even angrier: "Feng'er, how could you do such a thing? You're already engaged, how can you still live in another man's house like this?"

Lu Qingyan calmly looked at her and asked in return, "Mom, do you also think I should marry into that family?"
