He lowered his head and bit Shen Shuyi’s lips.
Domineering, brutal, and finally with a bit of restrained tenderness.
Only when they were both breathing hard did he reluctantly let go, and whispered to her about his forehead.
"Shuyi, I miss you."
Shen Shuyi hugged his head and smiled mischievously, "What do you miss about me?"
The man's ears were burning hot. He turned his head to look at her, then leaned over and kissed her a few times, "I miss you so much."
Shen Shuyi hit him lightly, "Didn't you reject me? Why do you still miss me? I don't believe it!"
"If I rejected you, then I would have followed you in the tent last time..." Huo Chi stared at her with his deep eyes.
Shen Shuyi’s cheeks flushed, “What nonsense are you talking about!”
"Shuyi, I can no longer just regard you as a teammate." He was silent for a moment, then explained, "I'm just afraid that I can't make you happy."
Huo Chi looked serious, and looked at Shen Shuyi's face red from a close distance.
"My body has mutated and I no longer have the ability to reproduce. If this were a peaceful era, I would never dare to hope to be with you."
"But this is the end of the world, and I want to stay by your side."
"Of course I hope that the person who will accompany me throughout my life is you."
The man's voice was magnetic, and he spoke slowly, gently and affectionately.
His big hand fell on the back of Shen Shuyi's head and pressed her gently against his chest.
"Shuyi, I solemnly ask you to be with me, to be my girlfriend, my lover."
"Until the end of my life."
His sincere words made Shen Shuyi's eyes redden and tears burst out.
