"You rebellious daughter!"
“Our Shen family doesn’t have a daughter like you.”
Shen Shuyi stepped forward and took off the large gold watch from the arm that Shen Hui had extended to point at her.
She slowly and smoothly took the jade bracelet off Shi Lan's hand, saying, "Alright, it's always the same two sentences over and over."
It was Shen Zhiwen's turn. He had just been slapped by her and was having some kind of stress reaction.
Shen Shuyi took the expensive watch off his hand, raised an eyebrow, and said, "Quickly write a letter of severance, and everyone put their fingerprints on it so it can be published in the newspaper."
Shen Zhiwen thought the person in front of him had gone mad. The person who used to be so obsequious in front of him had actually hit him today and stolen his watch, acting like a thug!
Shen Shuyi ignored Shen Zhiwen and walked straight towards Shen Yuwei. Shen Yuwei felt intimidated by her stare and subconsciously backed away.
"What are you going to do?!"
"Change the necklace, hurry up, don't make me do it myself."
Shen Yuwei was truly afraid of her, so she quickly took off the gold necklace around her neck and threw it at her.
"Give me your necklace right now."
Shen Shuyi put away the gold necklace and played with the silver necklace in her hand. "You want it that much?"
After being absorbed by 66, the silver necklace was no longer of any use, and it wasn't the one that the original owner's grandmother had given her.
She brandished the necklace in front of Shen Yuwei, saying, "I find the asymmetrical slap marks on your face very uncomfortable. Slap yourself hard, and if you make them symmetrical, I'll give them to you."

She raised her hand and slapped herself.
"Alright, give me the necklace, and you'll be even with the Shen family."

Shen Shuyi looked up and saw Shen Yuwei sitting in front of the dressing table in the light screen emitted by System 66, holding a fruit knife in her hand.
In the mirror, Shen Yuwei looked excited, then gritted her teeth, "It's just a small cut, I'll soon have a lucky space like in those novels!"
With a swift motion, the knife fell, and Shen Yuwei screamed as she squeezed a drop of blood from her finger onto the necklace.
She stared intently at the necklace, hoping it would emit a dazzling golden light.
One minute.
Two minutes.
Three minutes!
Half an hour passed, and the blood was almost dried up, but the necklace remained unmoved!
Shen Yuwei's excited expression turned to confusion as she muttered, "This shouldn't be happening, it shouldn't be like this. Did I misread something while reading the book?"
She's not very serious about anything she does; she skims through books...and her memory isn't very good either...
Shen Yuwei was unwilling to give up, "There's no mistake, how could I possibly misremember something so important!"
"There must be not enough blood!"
Without hesitation, she picked up a fruit knife and stabbed herself again. This time, blood dripped down, almost submerging the entire necklace.
Shen Yuwei stared at the unresponsive necklace, her face turning pale. She frantically bandaged her wound, "Could it be...could it be that Shen Shuyi did something wrong?"
She shook her head. "Impossible. How could Shen Shuyi, a native, know the secret of the necklace?"
"Is it just the wrong timing? Do I have to wait until I get to Hong Kong to activate it?"
"That's possible; that's how it's written in the book. I'll wait and see..."

The next day, Shen Shuyi woke up early to find the Shen family already waiting for her, as if they couldn't wait to send her away so they could move on to their next plan.
Shen Shuyi had arranged to go to the movies with Yan Zheng this morning, and she was having breakfast in front of the restaurant.
"Sign the papers first, then eat. I'm in a hurry to get to the newspaper office!" Shen Zhiwen said, bringing over the documents.
Shen Shuyi didn't even look up. "Wait."
Shen Zhiwen was furious. His cheek still hurt from the slap he received last time, but he couldn't do anything about this jinx.
Shen Shuyi ate her breakfast slowly and deliberately before signing her name and pressing her thumbprint.
"Here, take two copies. You can take the other copy to the newspaper to publish it."
The Shen family finally breathed a sigh of relief as they watched her leave. Shen Yuwei kindly comforted her parents and brother.
"Mom and Dad, our family will be going to Hong Kong to enjoy a good life in a few days, so don't get angry over trivial matters."
