"This ID looks familiar."
Ning Beiyao stood behind them and glanced at it: "Ji Li's ID."
"What are these two siblings up to? One is selling shares, and the other is buying shares." It all seems so strange.
"Could it be... that little sister Ji Yi is in a bad mood and wants to sell some shares for fun?" Tang Dongyu joked in a serious tone.
"Now it's the father and son competing again, neither willing to give in," Chu Xichen said, shaking his head at the screen as he watched the dark horse Ji Shifei emerge.
"The father and son don't seem to have a good relationship, but we don't know why. Do you know, Bei Yao?" Tang Dongyu asked, patting Ning Bei Yao on the shoulder.
"I've never been to her house, so I don't know."
Chu Xichen and Tang Dongyu gave him a strange look.
“I feel like my marriage isn’t a marriage, but more like a shelter,” Ning Beiyao said, sensing something was off. “My mother made me marry Ji Yi. She told me not to let Ji Yi have any contact with the Ji family, and even said that if she could stay in the Ning family, she should stay there and not go out.”
"What strange request is this from Auntie?" Chu Xichen's eyes were still fixed on the screen. It turned out that other people had participated in the share auction.
“I also find it strange. We’ve been married for a year, and I haven’t even met Ji Yi’s mother. Ji Li is elusive and rarely appears in the public eye. All I know is that he suppressed the Ji family last year, but he backed down later.”
Tang Dongyu clapped his hands: "That's right! I remember now, last year the headlines were all about whether Ji Li could successfully swallow up the Ji Group, but unexpectedly he withdrew later, and nobody knows why."
Did you hear what Ji Yi said at noon?
Ning Beiyao thought for a moment: "He mentioned something about illegitimate children. I suspect the Ji family is in chaos, which is why they're selling off shares."
"But I still don't understand. Why would Ji Li want to acquire Ji's shares?"
“Now Ji Li, Ji Shifei and… wow, this is Gong Ou!” Chu Xichen tugged at Ning Beiyao’s arm to make him look at the screen.
"Let's guess who will get these 20% of the shares. Will it be Ji Li, Ji Shifei, or—" Tang Dongyu suddenly fell silent because he saw another ID bid a higher price.
"Who is this?" Tang Dongyu asked in surprise, pointing to the anonymous ID that had jumped from 80 million to 200 million.
Chu Xichen and Ning Beiyao were both stunned. Who exactly was this?
Not to mention the three of them, even Shang Xian and Ji Li, the parties involved, were stunned.
"Ayi, what's this?" Ji Li was completely bewildered as he looked at the suddenly appearing anonymous ID. Could it be that the plan was about to change?
Shang Xian thought of someone within three seconds, took out her phone and dialed a number, which was answered instantly.
"A-Yi, did you do this?" After all, he couldn't keep calling him "CEO" in front of outsiders, so he was now called A-Yi.
Shen Yi was momentarily lost in thought about the new title, then came to his senses and hummed in response.
"But you've disrupted my plans!" Shang Xian knew that Shen Yi must have a new method, but she was still very frustrated!
Shen Yi chuckled lightly: "You should know how bad it is to let Ji Li bear this reputation of being unfilial. It would be better for me to just bring down the Ji family."
Shang Xian thought for a moment and looked at Ji Li: "Brother, do you want to talk?"
Ji Li didn't know who it was, but since it knew Ji Yi and had the ability, it was natural to discuss it with her.
"Ah Yi, I'm putting it on speakerphone." Shang Xian turned on her phone and placed it on the table.
