"Shut up!" As soon as Shen Yi spoke, the whole class fell silent.
He looked at Zhong Chen standing on the podium. This man had a hidden ferocity about him; he might have been a scoundrel in the past.
“Yes, yes, Brother Yu told you to shut up and listen to what the principal has to say.” Zhong Chen straightened up: “Isn’t it good to make everyone look at your Class 39 with new eyes and surprise them?”
“No good, no ambition,” a boy with slicked-back hair yawned and said slowly.
"It is I who will lead you to take the college entrance exam. I am in charge of Class 39." Shen Yi's words were like a royal decree, leaving no room for dissent.
“Those who can get into Astor High School are not idiots; they all have some foundation. I know you don’t like studying and prefer to pursue excitement, but I hope we can improve together, work together, and succeed in one fell swoop!” Shang Xian knew that even if she said it, they wouldn’t listen, but she still had to say what she had to say, after all, it was her mission.
“Sister Bai is right,” Zhong Chen’s eyes deepened, he agreed with her.
The bell rang, and Zhong Chen clapped his hands: "Alright, let's begin the next class. Students, get ready."
"Sister Bai, Brother Yu, what are you thinking?" Zang Wang pouted, his lips greasy, and started to whine.
No one answered his question, and Shang Xian and Shen Yi exchanged a glance.
Why do I want to punch him every time I see him? Shang Xian cracked his knuckles.
【Same feeling】
Their gazes quickly shifted to Zang Wang, startling him.
"Sorry, I didn't say anything," Zang Wang pretended to faint and slumped onto the table.
"Everyone in Class 39 must get into university"—this is not just talk, it's an order.
When Zhong Chen walked in from the classroom door, he had changed his clothes and was dressed in a suit and tie, looking different from the one he had seen in the previous class.
"This is an English class. You all brought your books, right?" Zhong Chen stood on the podium, looking at the students below with an air of superiority.
Shang Xian pulled out his English book and slammed it hard on the table: "Get the book out right now!"
"I don't believe you can bring the book home."
The students all obediently took out their books.
Zhong Chen was utterly incredulous; he never imagined that one day he would be teaching Class 39.
He wrote and drew on the blackboard, but the students showed no interest whatsoever.
Just then, a classmate's phone suddenly rang. Zang Wang silently took out his phone, saw the contact name, and immediately handed it to Shen Yi.
"Brother Yu, look, they've come!"
Shen Yi glanced at it and uttered a single word: "Receive."
Zang Wang immediately pressed the answer button: "Hello, hahaha, okay."
Zang Wang covered his phone and whispered to Shen Yi, "They said they want you to answer the phone."
Shen Yi extended his slender, well-defined hand and, without waiting for a reply, said, "I'm in class. Feel free to come and ambush me after school."
After saying that, he hung up the phone, tossed the phone to Zang Wang, and continued to sleep with his hands behind his head.
The whole class cheered: "Brother Yu is so cool!"
Zhong Chen put down his English book and placed his hands on the podium: "Which school is causing you trouble?"
Shang Xian, head down, was drawing on the paper when he casually said, "Seventh Middle School."
"Go home early after school, don't worry your parents," Zhong Chen said earnestly.
"I'm afraid that will disappoint the principal. Our class is all about loyalty. If any one of us gets into trouble, we're the enemy of the whole class!"
