Chapter 15: The Yandere CEO's Overbearing Pampering - A Forced Gift
Gu Shanshan's pupils dilated instantly as she watched helplessly as the knife was about to pierce her heart.

Just as the sharp dagger was about to pierce Gu Shanshan's chest, Gong Ye drew his gun without hesitation.

A gunshot rang out.
Lin Xiaoran stopped moving, the knife fell to the ground, the metal clanging against the floor.

His face was as white as a ghost, and his body felt weak.
Her body went limp instantly, but she didn't fall to the ground. Gong Ye pulled her into his arms and held her tightly.
Gong Ye handed the gun to the bodyguard, his voice stiff as he tried to sound gentle.
"Shanshan, don't be afraid, it's alright now."
"He...is dead."
Gu Shanshan's throat was terribly dry, and she buried her head in Gong Ye's arms, not daring to look at the ground at all.
In the real world, he was just an ordinary person, and this was the first time he had ever seen someone die in front of him.

After they had kissed enough, Gong Ye gently loosened his grip.
“My dear, you don’t need to call me Mr. Gong anymore, just call me Gong Ye.”
Gu Shanshan's face flushed, and she called out softly, "Gong Ye."
"Good girl, be good from now on. Promise me you'll never leave my side again."
Gong Ye pinched Gu Shanshan's chin, coaxing her while also hinting at a warning or threat.
Gu Shanshan was in a panic and had no mind to listen to what Gong Ye was saying.
Obediently comply, "Yes, I'll agree to anything you want."
"My little swan is such a good girl, a good child deserves a reward, right?"
Looking into Gong Ye's wicked eyes, Gu Shanshan felt inexplicably uneasy.
He had an instinctive premonition that the gift Gong Ye mentioned was definitely not what he wanted.
She retorted softly, "Can't I just not do it?"
"If you really don't want it, I advise you to think about it again."
Gong Ye was displeased upon hearing this, looking as if he would strangle Gu Shanshan if she dared to say no again.
That chilling appearance was incredibly eerie.
Gu Shanshan felt a chill run down her spine.
In the end, she weakly gave in, saying, "I want it."
"So well-behaved."
Gong Ye kissed Gu Shanshan's forehead with satisfaction, then pushed her down forcefully.
As Gu Shanshan tried to get up by supporting herself on the bed, she saw Gong Ye press down on her.
Then, a sharp pain shot through his wrist, startling Gu Shanshan.
Looking down, he saw Gong Ye's long, strong hand gripping his wrist with fierce force.
"Gong Ye, what's wrong?"
Gu Shanshan tried to break free, but couldn't, looking completely bewildered.
Where's the promised gift? He feels like it's a punishment.
My hand that was grabbed hurts so much.
Gong Ye curled his lips into a wicked smile, rubbing Gu Shanshan's cheek as he spoke in a hoarse voice, "Good Shanshan, if I say it's a gift, then it's a gift. My word is law, and that's enough."
Gong Yekong's empty hand rubbed against Gu Shanshan's fair and slender neck, his eyes filled with lust.
"Sparkling, you accepted my gift, now it's time to give a return gift."
As he spoke, Gong Ye leaned down again and pressed down.
Gu Shanshan was completely bewildered by Gong Ye's words. He was the one whose hands were restrained, yet he was being told it was a gift. Gong Ye was really strange.
Gu Shanshan's eyes were full of confusion as she spoke blankly.
"I don't have a return gift yet, can I give it to you later?"
Besides, what kind of gift is this? He's probably the only one in the world who didn't even receive the gift, and instead ended up in someone's bed.
"I don't need you to give it to me. What I want, I will take for myself."
After speaking, he ripped off all of Gu Shanshan's clothes and threw them on the ground...
