Shen Shi's lips curled up slightly, revealing a half-smile. He naturally didn't believe Qin Bochuan's story.
"I see. President Qin is indeed very busy and works very hard," Shen Shi said with understanding.
"Of course, it can't compare to President Shen's, but I do have a real estate project recently with very good prospects. I just don't know if President Shen would be interested," Qin Bochuan said sincerely to Shen Shi.
After rambling on for so long, Qin Bochuan finally got to the point.
Shen Shi felt a deep-seated aversion to Qin Bochuan and wanted nothing to do with him.
So he simply declined, saying, "The Shen family is extremely busy lately, so we won't get involved in other projects. Best of luck, Mr. Qin."

Qin Bochuan, still reeling from the rejection, saw Lu Yuning approaching and gestured with his chin, saying, "My fiancée is done with her work, please excuse me."
After saying that, he walked towards Lu Yuning. "Who were you talking to just now?" Lu Yuning asked curiously.
“The youngest son of the Qin family, my stepmother’s brother,” Shen Shi said.
"That illegitimate child who was brought back later?" Shen Shi nodded.
Then someone came to talk to them, and the two stopped the conversation.
For the rest of the time, Shen Shi accompanied Lu Yuning in entertaining guests. The ladies and young women present all sighed that Lu Yuning was truly lucky.
Shen Shi is a handsome and charming man, and most importantly, he cares about Lu Yuning. It's easy to find a priceless treasure, but hard to find a man who truly loves you.
The art exhibition lasted until after 10 p.m., and both Lu Yuning and Shen Shi were exhausted. They slumped together in the lounge of the venue.
