"It's a deal. I'll marry you, and you can't harm Yu Hao's life in any way afterward." Xu Nian stared into Ye Lin's eyes, her gaze purely negotiating. It was as if she wasn't talking about their marriage, but rather about the weather today!

His restless look set off alarm bells in Xu Nian's mind, and she immediately curled up in the blanket and shrank into the corner of the bed.
She warned him, "Ye Lin, if you have any more dirty thoughts, get out of here."
"My lady, we are so compatible, why are you still unwilling to accept me?" Ye Lin's expression gradually became sad.
He just wanted to eat his fill, but he was only allowed to eat a couple of bites before being told he couldn't eat anymore. What will he do in the future?

They slept so close together, their breaths mingling with the cool air around their noses.
Xu Nian thought she wouldn't be able to sleep, but to her surprise, she drifted off to sleep in just a few seconds.
She slept soundly through the night, during which she felt herself being lifted up.
She snuggled against her pillow, found a comfortable position, and fell asleep again.
When he woke up again, he heard his father bustling around outside the house.
Xu Nian put on her shoes and socks, rubbed her slightly sore back, opened the door, and began her new day.
When Xu's father saw Xu Nian get up, he stopped washing clothes and smiled gently, "Nian, you're up so early today, is something the matter?"

She had planned it perfectly, but when the afternoon session ended, she was escorted away in a luxurious carriage.
