Xu Nian didn't have time to say much to the male player. She took a few steps to the female player, checked her breathing and pulse with her hand, and realized that she was dead. Her pale face looked even worse.

Liu Li's crime relieved the male player who had explained. He wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, his face showing a look of relief.

Xu Nian didn't know what was wrong with her. Looking at Liu Li's corpse, she felt her heart start to ache.
Seeing her pale face, Xie Baiyu covered her eyes with heartache and said, "Niannian, if you're not feeling well, don't look. Let's go back to our room, okay?"
"Hmm!" Xu Nian nodded, placing her hand on her heart, her eyes beginning to show surprise and uncertainty.

"Why?" He stubbornly grabbed Xu Nian's wrist, wanting an answer from her.
Why did she kill him?
"A lie is a lie. Xie Baiyu is sick. He won't be as gentle as you, nor will he follow etiquette. He will only take advantage of you."
"You acted very well, but unfortunately the details weren't right." Xu Nian wiped the blood on her hands onto Xie Baiyu's body, her expression extremely cold.
"I see." Xie Baiyu gave a bitter smile and finally closed her eyes unwillingly.
Xu Nian felt a sudden darkness before her eyes, and when she opened them again, she was still standing in the castle's hall.
