Chapter 150 Picking Up the Little Succubus 10

Ye Jiu chuckled, "It's only been a short time since the start of the semester, just focus on listening to the lessons."

Vivian said with annoyance, "Oh dear, it's easier said than done. Do you know how sleepy I was in that History of Magic class? I asked Ed to wake me up if he found out I was asleep, but he said I was impossible to wake up..."

She sighed, "It's clearly the teacher's fault. He's so boring! I get sleepy as soon as I start class, or rather, I get sleepy as soon as I see his face."

Vivian propped her chin up. "Although I can use magic to stay awake, I feel that forcing myself to stay awake in his class is a form of torture. It's terrifying."

Ye Jiu couldn't help but laugh. "You're exaggerating a bit, but I like this description. That's how I feel when I'm taking a class I don't like."

For example: Mathematics ^_^

Vivian said in surprise, "So you also have courses you don't like? I thought you were the kind of person who loved learning."

"How could that be? I'm a person too. As a person, I have likes and dislikes."

Vivian perked up and asked curiously, "Which one is it? Tell me about it!"

Ye Jiu smiled sheepishly, "The Celt Magic Academy doesn't offer this course."

"What?!" Vivian exclaimed, deflated. "This is just like you saying you don't have any disliked classes! You're lying to me! How awful!"

After class started, Vivian sat up angrily; she really had nothing to say to such a top student.

The morning classes ended quickly. When class was over, the teacher asked everyone to hand in their homework. Ye Jiu couldn't find it in her bag. Recalling the scene of doing her homework, her heart sank. Oh no, she left it in the dormitory.

Fortunately, she wasn't the only one who hadn't brought her homework. The teacher of the history of magic said, "Those who haven't brought their homework, please have your servant go back and get it. You can only leave school after you hand in your homework."

"It's alright, it's alright, there's still something to fix." Ye Jiu patted her chest and leaned closer to Luo Rui'an. "Um, I forgot my homework in the dorm, could you go get it for me? Please, please."

She looked at Lorrian pleadingly, "Please!"

Lorian sighed. "I made sure you checked my bag last night."

"I'm sorry, I won't do it again next time!"

Lorrian stood up. "Okay, I'll be back soon."

"Thank you, thank you!"

After watching Lorrian leave the classroom, Simpra immediately stood up to hand in her homework, and then left the classroom without packing her things.

Her servants helped her tidy up before following her away.

Ye Jiu found it a bit strange; Simpra clearly paid a lot of attention to the tidiness of her desk...

Because Vivian didn't care, she would always tidy up her desk carefully before leaving school in order to surpass Vivian. It was the first time she had ever seen someone just leave her desk like this.

Ye Jiu didn't think much of it, propped her chin up, and waited blankly for Luo Rui'an to return.

——

When Lorrian returned with his homework, he was blocked on the road.

Several students and their servants blocked Lorian from passing.

"You're Ye Jiu's servant?" a boy asked first, looking Luo Rui'an up and down with a lewd look in his eyes. "You're quite good-looking."

Lorien looked at him coldly, listening quietly to what disgusting things he was about to say.

“We were just doing this for someone else. Your master messed with the wrong person. The school doesn’t allow students to fight amongst themselves, but it won’t help if a servant gets beaten up.”

The strongest of the men stood behind Lorian. "Will you walk to the right place yourself, or shall I 'invite' you there?"

Lorien sneered, "I'll go myself."

Most of the school is under surveillance magic, except for a newly built grove of trees where surveillance magic hasn't been cast yet.

In this situation, going there would be the best outcome.

As they entered the dense forest, their figures became inconspicuous, hidden by the tightly packed leaves and thick tree trunks. Even if someone passed by, they wouldn't notice that so many people were hiding there.

Lorian looked around and wondered, what's the difference between pulling the person with the highest affinity for wood into the forest and throwing a fish into the sea?

As the faint, mosquito-like chanting ended, the trees began to move imperceptibly, completely obscuring the figures of the group until no trace of them could be seen from the entrance.

Lorian stood facing them, his beautiful fox-like eyes meeting the leader's gaze. The color of his emerald green eyes seemed to deepen, like an abyss that seemed to pull people in. Everyone present stared blankly into his eyes.

He parted his thin lips slightly, "You've come here today for revenge. Everyone except me is your enemy."

He deepened his smile. "Now, let's begin our revenge."

The group, who had just been united against a common enemy, suddenly turned against each other and began fighting. If it weren't for the magical restrictions, it would have turned into a magical free-for-all long ago.

During the fight, the men made no sound at all. Even though their faces were covered in blood, they didn't utter a single cry of pain. Their eyes were lifeless, and they just held onto the others tightly, using the most vicious methods they could think of to deal with him.

Lorian watched their ridiculous behavior for a while, then started to leave. He hadn't gone far when he saw Ye Jiu standing not far away with a complicated look in her eyes.

The homework in Lorian's hands fell to the ground. Panic overwhelmed him, and he didn't know what to do.

Did she see it? She must have seen it! She definitely saw it! What should I do? How long has she been watching? Will she think I'm too cruel? Will she think he's disgusting? Will she abandon him?!

He stood frozen in place, not daring to take another step forward.
