"Yeah, someone clearly found them all! Would it kill them to have one more person like me?! Damn it!" Ye Jiu angrily grabbed a handful of weeds on the ground to vent her anger.
"The fact that Ms. Aurora sent us to the Quiet Forest must mean that there is at least one stalk of grass for each of us, otherwise she wouldn't have assigned it as homework."
Ye Jiu frowned. "This...it's really hard to say. She doesn't seem like the type to check each plant one by one." The more she thought about it, the more uneasy she felt. "Could it be that she never even came to the dense forest? Completely unaware of the yield here?!"

Ye Jiu quickly walked to the Pure Grass and used magic to pull it out of the grass without damaging its leaves or roots. She might even be able to raise it when she got back.
Lorian took out the prepared container, dug up some soil from under the cleansing grass, and then had Ye Jiu put the cleansing grass in. Finally, Ye Jiu used water magic to water it, and that was it!
Ye Jiu patted the dirt off her hands. "That's a wrap. Let's go back and prepare purified water."
She looked around at the environment where the pure grass was growing, and what she saw made her discover something unusual.
Ye Jiu stared straight at the open space behind her, then pushed aside the bushes behind the cleared grass and walked over.
Lorrian followed her out of the bushes.
“Lorian, look, this looks like a summoning circle…” Ye Jiu looked down and carefully studied the marks on the ground.
"This is deep in the forest, how could someone be summoning something here?"
Lorian stepped back a few paces and used flight magic to take in the entire pattern before landing. "Yes, it is indeed a summoning circle, and one that requires the sacrifice of a living being."
Ye Jiu frowned, finding it even stranger, "Sacrificing living beings?! Aren't these summoning circles already forbidden techniques?"
Lorian took out a photographic stone and recorded the pattern on the ground into it.
Ye Jiu took out paper and pen from her pocket and drew the summoning circle. "Let's go back and report it to our teacher for handling. It's better not to act rashly. What's being summoned is probably not a good thing."
Moreover, the person who drew this summoning circle must be quite difficult to deal with. It would be bad if they attracted them. That's how villains in TV dramas are. Maybe it's a group of henchmen trying to summon their sealed boss.
The summoning circle gave her a sense of dread.
She quickly copied the summoning circle onto the paper, then grabbed Lorian's wrist and ran outside, shouting, "Let's go!"

Ye Jiu patted his chest, "I didn't see anyone chasing us, but I just had a feeling that we were in a dangerous place and that we should run as fast as possible."
"Did you sense anything?" Ye Jiu countered. "Or were you just going to follow me blindly? Hahaha."
Lorian shook his head. "Actually, I... didn't feel anything." He looked blank. "Did I miss something?"
Ye Jiu laughed out loud, "You really trust me too much. You didn't even question me and just let me drag you around. What if I was just playing a prank? Hahahaha."
Lorrian smiled shyly, "It's okay if it's a prank."
He didn't mind Ye Jiu playing pranks on him. He had observed how people interacted and found that some pranks were expressions of affection.
If he could also be the target of Ye Jiu's pranks, it would prove that he was unique in her heart.
Ye Jiuping calmed down and said, "Let's go find Professor Kolotita to see what this thing is."

“Someone has been here,” a demon said calmly.
"One person? Two people?" The other demon sniffed, carefully inhaling the lingering scent in the air.
