Upon hearing Nan Luoxuan's name, Robert's expression changed, and he looked at Chu Qingxuan warily.
What do you mean by that?
"It's nothing really. I saw him when I came out of the bar just now. What do you think... what would he do if he knew there was a murder here?"
Robert looked dangerous, his eyes fixed on Chu Qingxuan with an unfriendly expression.
Are you threatening me?
Chu Qingxuan said, "No, I was just... telling the truth. Nan Luoxuan is ranked number one in the Hunter's Guild. His strength is well known. He will not show any mercy to a vampire like you who hunts humans. So, what do you think will happen to you if you are discovered?"
After hearing Chu Qingxuan's words, Robert snorted coldly and said sarcastically, "Don't try to scare me. I'm a vampire, and you're a vampire too. If Nan Luoxuan shows up, he'll kill you just the same way!"
Chu Qingxuan narrowed her eyes and smiled slowly, "Then shall we try? Let's see if he makes a move on me first, or on you first?"
Robert knew very well that he was on the Hunter's Guild's blacklist with a high score, and that he had almost been killed by Nan Luoxuan several times.
It used to be just Nan Luoxuan alone, but things are different now.
The woman in front of him seemed to be helping Nan Luoxuan as well. If the two of them joined forces, he would have no way to escape.

Chu Qingxuan had seen him on TV, so she recognized Nan Luoxuan at a glance when they were at the bar. Now that Nan Luoxuan was in front of her, she naturally recognized him as well.
Looking at Nan Luoxuan, Chu Qingxuan's face immediately turned cold.
Nan Luoxuan also stopped Chu Qingxuan, his eyes cold and clear, "I just saw you save that woman. You wanted to secretly drink her blood and turn her into a corpse, didn't you?"
Chu Qingxuan sneered, "Who are you? You think you know me well?"
Nan Luoxuan said, "Of course, no one understands vampires better than me. They constantly hunt humans and treat them as food in order to get fresh blood."
Chu Qingxuan said, "So what? It's survival of the fittest. Only the strong survive. I think you know that very well."
Nan Luoxuan said, "But those people are innocent; no one wants to become someone else's food."
Nan Luoxuan stared at Chu Qingxuan with cold eyes.
Upon hearing this, Chu Qingxuan agreed with Nan Luoxuan's words, saying, "I think what you said makes a lot of sense, but this has nothing to do with me."
Chu Qingxuan turned away coldly. Nan Luoxuan's appearance was definitely not a good thing.
"Stop right there. You just used my name, aren't you going to say thank you?"
Chu Qingxuan stopped and said, "No need."
