The Last Rose 13

Lan Shuang finally breathed a sigh of relief when she heard the door close. She asked 888, "Are they gone?"

888 nodded vigorously: "Let's go, let's go next door."

Lan Shuang finally opened her eyes. "What on earth is this weird game trying to do?"

888 also didn't understand: "At first I thought it was an escape game, but later I found out it was a horror game. Now it seems there are a lot of hidden plots, and it's getting more and more complicated."

"Yeah, so much has happened in just half a day, not to mention we have to stay here for seven days. By the eighth day, I don't know how many will be left."

Lan Shuang felt a bit heavy-hearted. The original owner's wish was to escape. Did that mean she, too, had died in the game? Perhaps she, like her, was also a player, just unlucky?

She thought about it for a while and actually felt a little sleepy. Soon her consciousness began to fade and she fell into chaos.

The manor, which had been bustling for the whole morning, suddenly became quiet. New owners moved into all ten rooms and fell into a sound sleep, as if they had forgotten everything that had happened before.

A bell rang and He Ping suddenly opened his eyes.

He sat up with a dull look in his eyes, as if listening to what someone was saying. Finally, he nodded, stood up, and walked out with stiff steps.

"Click", the sound of the door opening was particularly clear at this moment. The corridor was silent. He walked barefoot on the ground and walked straight to the room opposite.

He stopped in front of the door for a while, raised his hand, and knocked on the door slowly three times.

There was no response from inside the door. He twitched the corners of his mouth, and his lenses reflected a gloomy light.

He gripped the door handle and turned it gently. With a click, the door opened again, and it was pitch black inside.

He Ping seemed unaffected and walked straight towards the bed. There was a person lying on the bed, breathing heavily and sleeping soundly, and he had no idea that there was an extra person in his room.

An ambiguous chuckle came from the darkness, and the edge of the bed sank slightly, and He Ping sat up.

He pushed up his glasses, then raised his hand and gently stroked the man's face.

His Adam's apple rolled, his eyes suddenly changed, and he pounced on the man and began to tear his clothes.

The pressure of an adult man was still very heavy. Li Weiyan felt that it was becoming more and more difficult to breathe in his sleep. He dreamed that a huge python was wrapped around his neck, which scared him so much that he woke up on the spot.

However, the moment he opened his eyes, he found that this dream was more terrifying than a giant python. There was a person lying on top of him!

"Shit—" Li Weiyan woke up with a start. The realistic touch was not a dream at all. There was really someone there!

No, it could be a ghost!

Noticing his hands tugging at his clothes, he immediately struggled frantically, "What the hell do you want to do?"

However, He Ping on his body seemed not to hear him. He stared at him with a serious look and tried to grab his hand. Li Weiyan and him started to wrestle on the bed. In a panic, Li Weiyan grabbed something with his backhand. He didn't bother to see what it was and hit He Ping on the back of the head. He Ping groaned and fell straight down.

Li Weiyan's eyes widened, and he gasped for breath. He threw away the things in his hands, and tried hard to push the person on him aside. He rolled off the bed and pressed the switch. The moment the light came on, he exclaimed, "He Ping?!"

Realizing something was wrong, he rushed out of the room and shouted outside: "Help, help! Help!"

Lan Shuang suddenly woke up, and when she heard the sound, she asked in confusion, "What happened?"

888 immediately said, "Something happened to Li Weiyan upstairs."

"What?"

Lan Shuang lifted the quilt, put on her shoes, and ran upstairs. Others also woke up one after another and saw a black shadow rushing past them.

"Who is it? Screaming again." Mu Tiao rubbed her eyes, looking like she hadn't woken up yet. Pei Jinzhi walked past her, "It seems like something happened upstairs. Follow them."

"Ah? Something happened again?" Mu Tiao instantly became alert. She followed Pei Jinzhi. Wen Qingqing also came out and caught up with them carefully.

Zheng Mingxin stood there waiting for them to come over, grabbed Wen Qingqing's arm, and asked in panic: "Are you here again? Can we get a good night's sleep?"

"Where is Lan Shuang?" She asked in confusion when she didn't see Lan Shuang.

Pei Jinzhi narrowed his eyes and said, "He's already gone upstairs."

"Then let's hurry up and don't be left alone."

The four girls went up to the third floor, and the other three men woke up at that moment. Everyone walked towards this side in a daze.

"Who's in trouble?" Gao Yaozu looked around.

Liu Quan took a quick look and felt a sinking feeling in his heart: "See who's not here."

Jiang Lusheng walked to the door of Li Weiyan's room and said, "Here."

Several people gathered around immediately.

Lan Shuang entered Li Weiyan's room first and saw Li Weiyan leaning against the door, grabbing his hair, with his head lowered, seeming very irritable and annoyed.

"What's going on?"

Li Weiyan was stunned when he heard her voice, then suddenly grabbed her hand. He was so excited that he spoke incoherently, "I... He Ping suddenly appeared on the bed, and someone tore my clothes off. I fought with him and knocked him unconscious with a desk lamp."

Lan Shuang frowned, sorting out the logic. "You mean, He Ping climbed onto your bed and ripped your clothes, and then you two started fighting, and you knocked him unconscious with a desk lamp?"

"Yeah, I thought I was dreaming at first. I couldn't breathe, but I didn't expect it to be him."

Li Weiyan glared at the person on the bed fiercely, "I don't know if he's crazy or what, he actually dared to do this to me!"

The others were also confused after hearing this. Mu Tiao covered his mouth and said, "That's not the case, is it? Isn't he a teacher?"

"You can't judge a person by appearance these days. There are so many people who look like beasts in disguise. Haven't you read the news?"

Zheng Mingxin rubbed his arms with disgust on his face.

"Let's not talk about that for now. We'll find out once we wake them up and ask them. This place is too strange. We shouldn't cause any internal commotion easily, otherwise it will be even more dangerous."

Lan Shuang stood up and walked towards the bed, and Jiang Lusheng followed silently.

He Ping was lying on the bed motionless at this time. Jiang Lusheng walked up to him and pulled his hair. There was a big bump on the top of his head, the skin was broken, and blood was oozing out.

"It's not serious. I won't die."

He searched the bedside table and found a medicine box with gauze inside. Jiang Lusheng expertly disinfected and treated He Ping's wound, then wrapped the gauze around his head. After finishing, he tied a knot and clapped his hands, "Alright."

Lan Shuang patted He Ping's face, "He Ping, wake up——"

He Ping's brows slowly furrowed, and Wen Qingqing whispered, "He seems to be waking up."

Lan Shuang's hands used more force, slapping his face with a loud slapping sound. He Ping's eyelashes trembled and he opened his eyes blankly.

"You...why did you hit me?"

Lan Shuang calmly withdrew her hand: "You fainted."
