Chapter 103 The Senior with a Dual Personality 8 (1/2)

Wen Wan stood downstairs at the girls' dormitory, checking the gift bag in her hand for the third time. Inside was a taro bubble tea with no ice and 30% sugar, Su Yao's favorite, and a handwritten apology letter. She had stayed up until 3 a.m. to finish writing it, and there were even two tear-stained marks on the letter.

"We must make up this time."

Wenwan whispered a pep talk to herself as she opened the door to her double room.

The door opened, and Su Yao stood there holding a stack of books. The moment she saw Wen Wan, her relaxed expression froze.

"Yaoyao, I...I brought your favorite milk tea, and..."

Wenwan eagerly held up the handmade gift bag.

"No need, I have dinner appointments."

Su Yao sidestepped her, her hair brushing against Wen Wan's hand raised in mid-air, like an invisible slap.

"Then... I'll go too? After we eat, we can go to class together and chat..."

Her gentle hand slowly fell to her sides, the paper bag making a soft rustling sound. She tried to make her voice sound light and cheerful, but couldn't control the choked sob at the end.

"Wen Wan, this is so pointless!"

"You can't make up for hurting someone with these small favors!"

"You know, your behavior last time made me feel... you are a very hypocritical person, and our friendship is nothing but a fake friendship."

Su Yao finally looked at her properly. She pointed to the milk tea, but her eyes were as cold as if she were looking at a stranger.

"I know I was wrong, I've already said sorry! And I even wrote an apology letter by hand..."

"I truly know I was wrong!"

Wen Wan hurriedly pulled out the envelope, but accidentally knocked over the milk tea.

The cup fell to the ground, the plastic lid burst open, and pale purple liquid splattered between the two people, creating a mess.

"See, that's the problem. You only ever think about what you want to do, and never about whether other people need it."

"It's like you only feel you're wrong now because you can't get anything out of me, not because you actually think you're wrong!"

Su Yao took a step back, frowning as she looked at the milk tea stains that had splashed onto her white shoes.

Wen Wan stood there, stunned, watching Su Yao walk away without looking back.

A girl was peeking out of the hallway. As she squatted down to pick up a milk tea cup, a tear fell onto the back of her hand.

She's already apologized, what more does Su Yao want from her?

Just because of that man, Su Yao could treat her so ungratefully!

And they even mocked her because she couldn't get anything good out of her?!

What did Su Yao do for her? She only got some designer bags, clothes, and cosmetics that Su Yao didn't want. What good things did she get in return?!

And yet, she still has to bear the title of Su Yao's follower in other people's eyes!

After venting her frustrations in her dorm room, Wen Wan walked down the street outside the school, intending to get something to eat.

Suddenly, a familiar laugh echoed in Wenwan's ears.

It was Su Yao's unguarded, genuine laugh, the kind that used to only appear when the two of them were alone.

Wen Wan suddenly looked up and saw Su Yao and Ji Chen sitting face to face eating and chatting in a clay pot rice restaurant by the window, with smiles constantly on their faces.

Ji Chen used serving chopsticks to pick up a piece of sausage and naturally placed it in Su Yao's bowl, and Su Yao surprisingly did not refuse.

You should know that Su Yao, this rich young lady, is a bit of a germaphobe and will never eat food from other people's bowls!

What was even more glaring was Ji Chen's gaze.

When he whispered something in Su Yao's ear, Su Yao laughed and gave him a playful push.

The two of them looked like a young couple deeply in love.

Her gentle blood instantly boiled.
