His arrival broke the silence in the room.
Jiang Jun and the others became wary, after all, his strange words and actions from before were still fresh in their minds.
Seeing their reaction, Zhao An smiled and said, "Don't be so nervous, I'm here to help you."
"Help us? Who would believe that?" Tian Yang's face was full of undisguised sarcasm. "You've had ill intentions towards us so many times before, and now you suddenly say you want to help us? Do you think we're stupid?"
Zhao An said helplessly, "I admit that I did dislike you guys before, but it's impossible for me to kill you. This is a society governed by law. Besides, haven't you already guessed that this world is fake? If you die, you can just return to reality. What's so scary about that?"
"You finally admit it." Compared to Tian Yang, Jiang Jun was much calmer. "Our entry into this world of rules is probably inextricably linked to you, isn't it?"

The girl had an ugly birthmark on her face and was disliked by others. Knowing that there were demons in the world, she became his disciple and wanted to cultivate.
Zhao An took her in out of curiosity, but the girl's talent for cultivation was not high, and she passed away decades later.
It was then that he realized he had fallen deeply in love with this girl who had a terrible personality and was not particularly attractive.
In order to keep her, he used most of his cultivation, turning her into a demon as well.
However, he never expected that she would turn into a painted-skin demon.
