Chapter 17 The Fisherwoman Who Expected a Favor in Return 1

After regaining her memories, Yun Qing felt much more at ease, because she discovered that her family was actually quite well-off. The Yun family didn't make a living by fishing; instead, they ran a guesthouse by the sea. While they weren't extremely wealthy, they were comfortable enough to live comfortably without worrying about food or clothing.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door, and Yun Erge's voice came: "Little sister, I'm going out to sea, do you want to come with me?"

Today happens to be the day the male lead was found. Yun Qing had nothing else to do, so she put on her sun-protective clothing and said, "Let's go then."

Yun Qing lay on the yacht, feeling the rise and fall of the waves, and sipped her juice contentedly. She thought to herself, "No wonder Second Brother Yun often goes fishing. It's so much fun."

"Hey little sister, come help me, I caught a big fish."

"Coming!" Yun Qing put down her juice and skipped over.

The two of them used all their strength and finally pulled the fishing net up.

"Ah!" After seeing clearly what had been captured, Brother Yun screamed, "There's a dead body!"

Yun Qing had known about this all along, so she was much calmer. She walked over and turned the male lead over, placing her finger on his philtrum: "He's alright, he's still alive."

Upon hearing that the person was still alive, Brother Yun scratched his head awkwardly, trying to salvage his image as a wise and mighty warrior in front of his adorable younger sister.

"Ahem, in that case, let's just call the police."

As he spoke, he took out his phone to dial 110.

"Stop!" Yun Qing stopped him. "No, I know him. Let's take him to the clinic first and talk to him when he wakes up."

Upon hearing Yun Qing's suggestion, Second Brother Yun glanced at her in surprise, but seeing his sister's pleading eyes, he did not refuse. After docking the yacht, he picked up Chen Huai and left.

Upon arriving at the clinic, the doctor gave Shen Huai a brief examination: "There are no external injuries. He probably just swallowed some water. He should wake up soon."

About two kilometers away, the film crew's director was pacing anxiously: "What should we do? Should we call the police?"

Shen Huai's agent said coldly, "No, we can't call the police."

The assistant next to him was almost in tears: "I don't know how Brother Huai is doing. I told him to use a stunt double, but he insisted on going into the water himself."

"Alright, don't be too pessimistic. This is a shallow area, and Brother Huai is such a good swimmer, so he might not be in any danger."

The director sighed: "I hope so."

In the cramped clinic, the doctor gave Shen Huai an IV drip and then went to attend to his own business. Yun Erge was also sent home by Yun Qing.

Yun Qing sat by the hospital bed, staring intently at Shen Huai. She had to admit, he truly lived up to his reputation as a household name in film; his looks were undeniably stunning. Long eyelashes, a high nose bridge, and thin, pink lips—he looked incredibly approachable.

Yun Qing had unknowingly become infatuated. At this moment, perhaps because Yun Qing's gaze was too intense, Shen Huai's eyelids twitched, showing signs of waking up.

Yun Qing rushed out and pulled the doctor over: "Look quickly, is he about to wake up?"

The old doctor slowly lifted Shen Huai's eyelids and observed him for a moment: "It should be."

Sure enough, a few minutes later, the person on the bed opened their eyes.

The first thing that caught his eye was the white ceiling, then the dirty walls, and finally, Yun Qing sitting in front of the hospital bed.

Her skin was as white as snow, and her eyes seemed to be filled with a sky full of stars. When she saw him wake up, a dazzling smile appeared on her face.

Despite having seen countless beauties in the entertainment industry, Shen Huai was still amazed by her at this moment, captivated by her pure and beautiful smile.

Seeing that he was staring blankly at her without saying a word, Yun Qing thought that he had hit his head, so she waved her hand in front of his eyes.

"Hey! Do you even remember who you are?"

Upon hearing the question, Shen Huai wanted to joke with her, so he shook his head and said, "I don't remember."

"You don't remember? Really?" Yun Qing's tone carried an undeniable expectation, her eyes sparkling, clearly conveying the message: if she had amnesia, that would be perfect.

This put Shen Huai in a difficult position. If he said he was just joking with her, would she get angry and never talk to him again?

Having been single for thirty years, I finally met a girl I was attracted to, so I couldn't let such trivial matters upset her.

So Shen Huai put on his best acting skills, widening his phoenix eyes and looking at Yun Qing with an innocent expression: "Ah! My head hurts so much, I can't remember anything."

Yun Qing: ...

Wasn't the male lead supposed to be an award-winning actor? How come his acting is so exaggerated? It's unbearable to watch.

But it's okay, she can tolerate it for the sake of his face.

What happened next? Yun Qing opened the novel in her mind and read it word by word: "That's right, it seems you really have amnesia, what a pity."

Looking at her quirky and mischievous appearance, Shen Huai smiled indulgently: "Then what should we do? Do you know me?"

"Of course. If we didn't know each other, would I be so kind as to take care of you?"

"Then what is our relationship? Could it be that we are..." Shen Huai looked expectantly at Yun Qing, using his most photogenic angle to see if the young girl would be blinded by his looks and say something.

Yun Qing bit her finger, feeling a little troubled. Although Shen Huai was very handsome, she only wanted to keep him in front of her and look at him every day to please her eyes. As for anything else, she hadn't thought about it.

“Yes, that’s right, just as you guessed.” Yun Qing paused for a moment, then continued, “You are my servant.”

"Really? That's too—" Upon hearing the first half of the sentence, Shen Huai's smile was already impossible to suppress, but the next moment he plummeted from heaven to hell: "Servant?"

"Oh, right? Regardless of your past identity, now that I've found you, you're mine. Do you know Robinson Crusoe?"

Shen Huai didn't know what his identity had to do with "Robinson Crusoe," but he still followed the established persona and shook his head.

“It doesn’t matter if you don’t know. There was a guy Robinson found on the beach, and he became Robinson’s follower. He was named Friday. Your situation is the same.” As she spoke, Yun Qing opened her phone and looked at it: “Today is Monday, so you can be called Monday.”

Shen Huai silently raised his hand: "Isn't this name a bit too hasty?"

"It seems so." Yun Qing thought for a moment: "You were pulled out of the sea by my brother and me, how about we name you Haisheng (Seaborn)?"

Shen Huai sighed heavily: "I'll still call myself Zhou Yi."

By the time the IV drip was finished, it was almost dark. Yun Qing bought two new outfits for Shen Huai at a street stall outside and took him home.
