Chapter 128 The Dragon of the Entertainment Industry (Part 36)

When Long Xun opened his eyes, Yin Chen was no longer on the bed beside him.

Although they left one after the other, there must have been a slight time discrepancy when Mu Feng merged the small world into the game after he and Mu Feng left.

Mu Feng, with her blonde hair and golden eyes, didn't leave either. She stood by the bed, looking at Long Xun with a mischievous smile: "You're getting married so soon? Why didn't you invite me to the wedding?"

"Too far." Long Xun got up from the bed, stretched his limbs a little, and planned to go find where A-Chen had run off to.

"...That's true." Mu Feng's place was really too far away. If he hadn't inexplicably sensed that Long Xun's aura had suddenly jumped to another world without passing through the resting space, he wouldn't have come here.

Mu Feng looked around and smiled at a sycamore tree planted outside the villa window to beautify the environment: "That tree looks nice, it's mine now."

A golden light flashed on Mu Feng's body, and she transformed into a beautiful bird the size of a palm. It had long tail feathers, a long neck and long legs, a graceful figure, and bright, intelligent eyes. It also had a crown-like feather on its head.

This bird is so beautiful. Its eyes are like those of a beautiful woman, charming and affectionate, yet gentle and kind. Its golden feathers are as smooth as satin. With a slight spread of its wings, its small body exudes an aura of dominance, as if it could protect everything under its wings and that it is the only one worthy of its attention.

Long Xun frowned slightly: "Not going back?"

"It has been a long time since I set foot in the human world. It is not too late to stay for a few days before returning." The phoenix's sharp beak opened and closed, and its voice, which was more beautiful and melodious than that of a human, entered my ears, as if playing a heavenly melody directly on my soul.

Long Xun nodded and said no more. The phoenix then spread its wings and flew to the phoenix tree.

Long Xun looked at his clothes. Although he had been lying in bed all night, his consciousness had left his body and his body was no different from a corpse. His clothes were wrinkle-free, so he simply didn't change them.

He opened the bedroom door, listened to the noise outside, and suddenly frowned.

No, it's too quiet.

"Ah Chen?"

Long Xun called out softly, and his voice, though not loud, echoed throughout the entire villa.

However, the voices that should have been responded to in the past have not appeared.

Long Xun frowned slightly, remained silent for a moment, then suddenly strode out of the corridor and came to the escalator on the second floor, looking down into the lobby.

The lobby was very clean, but too clean; all the furniture looked brand new.

If Ah Chen wakes up, given his mischievous nature, the room will always become a bit chaotic.

Mu Feng had just found a good spot in the sycamore tree, planning to make herself a nice little room to stay in temporarily, when suddenly she heard a loud bang, like an explosion, coming from the villa behind her.

A chilling killing intent surged forth like an avalanche, and the bone-deep coldness seemed to turn the entire world into a frigid polarity. The lush green grass and trees of summer withered and died in an instant, and dark, oppressive clouds surged in all at once.

Something's happened!

Mu Feng flashed and appeared inside the house.

The once elegant and cozy interior of the villa was now completely empty, everything inside crushed to ashes by Long Xun's sudden burst of killing intent.

"Ah Xun! Calm down!" Mu Feng raised her hand and pressed it on Long Xun's shoulder, asking worriedly, "What happened?"

Long Xun turned around and glanced at him indifferently. Even though there was still a chilling killing intent lingering on his body, his expression remained indifferent and his eyes were as calm as ever. He did not appear to have lost his mind as Mu Feng had imagined.

Mu Feng breathed a slight sigh of relief. As long as he remained calm, that was good. Otherwise, he would be powerless to fight against Long Xun if he really went berserk.

He never wanted to witness the scene of the mad dragon god slaughtering ninety percent of the beings in the Tianyan Great World during the Three Realms War again in his life.

Those were all children he created himself.

"Ah Chen is in trouble," Long Xun said calmly.

"Something happened? Let me see..." Mu Feng's gentle brows furrowed slightly. He raised his hand and drew a circle in front of him. Then, the circle slowly twisted and turned into an image.

Like a movie rewinding rapidly, Long Xun's murderous aura receded in the image, and the destroyed furniture returned to its original state. Long Xun retreated back to the bedroom, and the phoenix flew back and transformed into human form. After exchanging a few words, Mu Feng disappeared from the image, and Long Xun lay back on the bed and covered himself with the blanket.

Time continued to rewind, from dawn to night, evening, afternoon, noon, morning, then dawn again, and late at night. Suddenly, a person walked backwards into the room, carrying something horizontally in his arms, its golden fish tail strikingly conspicuous.

Without Long Xun's prompting, Mu Feng had already shifted her focus from Long Xun to the person appearing in the image. After a brief pause, Mu Feng murmured in surprise, "Him...?"

That person was Yin Bei, who looked exactly like Yin Chen, only a few years older.

The video begins to play in fast forward.

Yin Bei carried A Chen out of the room, found a cardboard box about half a person's height with a small cart underneath, put Yin Chen, who was out of consciousness and unresponsive, inside, then sealed the box. He sat quietly on the sofa for a while until dawn broke, then suddenly got up, pushed the cardboard box out the door.

Yin Bei pushed the cardboard box to the garage, drove out a car, picked up the box and put it inside, then drove away from the community.

He looked exactly like Yin Chen, deliberately dressed younger, and in the dim light of dawn, even the gatekeeper couldn't tell the two apart.

"Where is he taking A-Chen?" Mu Feng asked, puzzled.

Long Xun watched silently with a cold expression.

As dawn broke, Yin Bei brought Yin Chen, who was in a cardboard box, to a manor in the suburbs. The people in the manor silently approached and surrounded him. Then, a middle-aged white man opened the box, glanced at Yin Chen inside, smiled with satisfaction, and patted Yin Bei on the shoulder.
