Shen Yi took the two children to one of his villas.
"Xiao Yan, don't be shy here with your uncle. Make yourself at home," Shen Yi said. "Your parents are blind to want such a good child like you, but your uncle will."
"From now on, you'll be my daughter!" Shen Yi said. "You can call me Dad if you want."
Bai Yan's heart softened, and a smile appeared on her lips.
Shen Mubai glared at his uncle, and Shen Yi then remembered something and gave an awkward smile.
They quickly changed the subject.
"Xiao Yan, what do you plan to do after dropping out of school?" Shen Yi said, "I'll contact other schools for you. Don't worry, it won't interfere with your college entrance exam."
Shen Mubai quickly said, "If she turns, I want to turn too."
Shen Yi didn't care. He was just grateful that his nephew was willing to study. Without Xiao Yan to coax him, he might have become a hooligan.
"Okay, transfer them both." Getting two student records wasn't difficult for Shen Yi.
Bai Yan said, "Uncle Shen, after I drop out of school, you can help me and Mu Bai find a place to register our school records. I can teach Mu Bai at home myself."
After Bai Yan finished speaking, she pulled up her quiz scores from her phone, which were almost all perfect scores.
"I've learned almost everything taught in school, so it's convenient for me to teach Shen Mubai at home."
"Uncle is worried, can you help us find some top-notch tutors to help us with our studies?"
The top student in the grade was secretly giving private lessons to his scumbag nephew; how could Uncle Shen possibly disagree?
"Okay, then it's settled!"
He patted his nephew's head again: "I don't expect him to get high scores even if you tutor him. I'll be grateful if you can at least help him avoid embarrassing himself."
Bai Yan smiled gently: "Uncle, don't worry, there is still some."
If it weren't for Shen Mubai's psychological problems, thinking that his father didn't love him, that he had caused his mother's death, and that he was a piece of mud that should be dissolved into mud.
Even the high-IQ villains who suffocate the male and female leads can't be the worst at everything.
Then she looked at Shen Mubai: "Where's your workbook?"
Shen Mubai's eyes widened: "No way, you want me to explain the problem again?" She's gone mad!
Bai Yan chuckled lightly, "No more questions. I'll let you off the hook tonight, Uncle Shen. To celebrate my escape from this hell today, let's have a big meal, it's on me!" she said generously.
Knowing that Bai Yan didn't want the two of them to be saddened by her family affairs, Shen Yi felt even more sorry for her. What an understanding child she was...
That couple doesn't deserve each other.
"It's so late, it's not convenient to go out. How about we have hot pot?" Shen Yi said. "We'll cook it ourselves."
For a teenager, cooking and eating hot pot by themselves is like playing a game; how could they not be happy?
"Mu Bai, go change your clothes, let's head to the supermarket."
Bai Yan and Shen Mubai waited for their uncle Shen at the bottom of the steps. Shen Mubai was wearing a hood, and a little bit of his blond hair was showing.
Just then, a gust of wind blew his hat off, and he quickly tried to put it back on.
"I was just about to ask you, why are your ears still so red? Are you having an allergic reaction?" Bai Yan asked with concern.
Shen Mubai's ears turned red as soon as he left the Song family.
Shen Mubai: ...involuntarily recalling.
Back when she was at the Song family's house, her dad said he was her boyfriend, and she didn't deny it. Oh no, she couldn't think about it; her face was turning red.
"Well, I've never had coffee before, so I might be allergic to it," Shen Mubai said, putting his hat back on. "It's nothing serious, don't worry."
Seeing that he didn't seem upset, Bai Yan didn't ask any further questions.
A simple hot pot meal, paired with ice-cold cola and beer, feels especially cozy on a night like this.
Bai Yan and Shen Mubai's withdrawal from school sparked a huge discussion in Class 3, as well as a great deal of lamentation.
Countless students in the class relied on Bai Yan's workbooks to get through the grueling second half of their senior year. Her summaries and explanations of the exercises were clearer than many textbooks.
"Why did Bai Yan drop out of school?" Fang Heming sneered: "It's said that someone was isolated and developed depression, forcing her parents to expel Bai Yan from school."
There are no secrets that stay hidden forever. When Song Sisi went to the hospital for a checkup, it turned out that one of her classmates' parents worked there.
"Some people, even though they are fake, still shamelessly occupy other people's places."
The students in Class 3 didn't originally intend to isolate Song Sisi, but her actions made the entire Class 3 seem like the villains, especially since she had also forced them to give up their bonus points.
In the storyline, the person who should have been isolated was actually Song Sisi, not Bai Yan.
Fang Heming was furious. He felt that he had been deceived by Song Sisi. The goddess he liked was full of ulterior motives behind his back. In addition, there was his vague liking for Bai Yan. The things that originally happened to Bai Yan in the plot were now happening to Song Sisi.
During her classes, her books would be vandalized, her chair would disappear, and all sorts of pranks would follow, causing Song Sisi endless suffering.
But things shouldn't be like this! Shouldn't Bai Yan be the one suffering all this?
Song Sisi gritted her teeth: Bai Yan, is that it? She's already gone, she doesn't believe she can't win!
After learning about Song Sisi's ordeal, Pei Xun, under pressure from the Pei family and the school, expelled the thugs who bullied Song Sisi, and Song Sisi transferred to the experimental class.
These thugs who bullied Song Sisi were the same people who bullied Bai Yan in her previous life at Song Sisi's instigation.
The reason they bullied Song Sisi in this life was very simple: Song Sisi was the one who forced Bai Yan to leave. If Bai Yan hadn't left, they could have gotten into a good university with her practice books and tutoring.
Upon learning the truth, Song Sisi's expression changed repeatedly.
The teachers were worried that it would affect her grades, but who knew that Song Sisi would turn pressure into motivation and actually get into the top ten in the whole school in the first mock exam after Bai Yan left.
