Huangfu Jue had only gone there in the morning when Qi Qi was busy looking after the children at noon. After finishing feeding them medicine, he discovered that several people were missing from the group of refugees. He had been keeping a close eye on whether these people were dead or alive, and the ones who had left were the ones who looked to be in slightly better physical condition.
As for the Imperial Guards who were ordered by Huangfu Jue to guard this place, they simply said they hadn't noticed: "If it's lost, it's lost. Who cares?"
Qi Qi sensed something was wrong.
There are forty soldiers here now. One of them could easily take on five of these defenseless thugs. But what if...?
They called on others to search everywhere, but still couldn't find him.

The old man shouted, "Arrest the young one first! He's the leader; catching him will make us a big score!"
Qi Qi shouted back, "Why are you arresting me! I'm just a servant! You won't get any money from arresting me! Are you kidding me? You're trying to extort money from me at the Summer Palace!"
The old man ignored him: "Everyone has seen it. The court truly doesn't care about the lives of us common people. If that's the case, then we should rebel against this tyrant! We should rebel against the whole country!"
