Qi Qi took off her outermost layer of gauze clothing, folded it up, wet it, and placed it on Gu Siyan's forehead. She then tore open the hem of her long skirt and barely managed to bandage the wound on his chest.
Then he went into the water and walked in the direction he came from. When he reached a place where there was no more stone wall above him, it was like a small cliff. He carefully climbed up and found a deep pool inside. Qi Qi continued to swim forward. The bottom of the water was really black, with rocks of various shapes standing on the bottom. Qi Qi thought to himself how lucky he was that they hadn't been crushed to death on the way here.
After swimming for a few minutes, just as he was about to run out of breath, Qi Qi indeed saw a glimmer of light. He struggled to swim upwards, unaware that he had been unconscious all night.
When they arrived at the location, Qi Qi felt unwell. The surroundings resembled a giant sinkhole, with smooth, towering walls all around. The height from which Qi Qi and Gu Siyan had fallen was at least five or six meters away from where he was, and there were no points of climbing around.
They could get in but not out; there was still water up there. Qi Qi shouted a few times but returned empty-handed.
No one would come to this godforsaken place. Gu Siyan must have taken the inner path in the original story. Otherwise, with his current physical condition, even if he had excellent lightness skills, there would be no use for them, especially with the whirlpool above.
After changing Gu Siyan's water several times and wiping Gun Gun's body, Gu Siyan's body was indeed not as hot as before after half an hour.

Qi Qi simply walked back to Gu Siyan's side, struggled to drag him up from the ground, and put the gloves on his own shoulders. This guy was just too heavy, and he couldn't carry him at all. Qi Qi's waist was bent over by the heavy weight.
