Gu Qimu sighed softly and said, "Let's sleep after lunch."
Shen Ye's eyes flickered slightly, and in the next moment, he locked the subtle expression on Gu Qimu's face into his own eyes.
"What's wrong?"
Gu Qimu's words were like a spell, both gentle and warm, pulling the lost Shen Ye back to reality.
"N-nothing."
"Okay, let's go have a meal."
Shen Ye let Gu Qimu pull her along.
During the meal, Shen Ye didn't say a word, keeping his head down and chewing slowly, looking absent-minded.
Meanwhile, Gu Qimu's gaze never left Shen Ye, who was lost in thought with her head down.

The night was silent, as if no one was around, and as if she hadn't heard Gu Qimu's words, she was still lost in thought.
