Gu Qimu thought that Shen Ye's words were implying that he was impotent and making him uncomfortable. His eyes darkened, and he grabbed the rope that tied the bed curtains and bound Shen Ye's hands to the bed rails. "It seems that the Empress doesn't like gentleness, but prefers brutality."
Shen Ye was tied up and unable to break free. Gu Qimu had just misinterpreted his words and was furious. He kicked him, but Gu Qimu grabbed his ankle and put it on his shoulder instead.
In his palm, Shen Ye's ankle skin was smooth and supple; even a woman couldn't resist skin as soft as freshly made tofu.
Gu Qimu looked at Shen Ye, who was tied up on the bed. She was probably too angry, because her face was flushed red.
This is when she looks most endearing.
A wild beast roared in her heart, and a warm hand slid down her ankle, while the other hand impatiently tore at her thin inner garment.
