“Bei, I love this look on your face.” He kissed Shen Ye’s lips again. “Hurry up and get ready to leave. Boys need to protect themselves when they’re out. If I find out you’re in close contact with someone else again, I’ll chop you up.”
He spoke those last few words in a very low voice, and Shen Ye believed that he would really do it. After all, he was a ghost, and even if he killed someone, the police would not be able to catch the murderer.
"Why me? What have I done to offend you, my ancestor?!"
"Why you? Because you owe me, so you have to pay it back. If you don't listen, I have plenty of ways to deal with you. When I'm done playing with you, that will be your death day..." As he spoke, he lightly lifted Shen Ye's chin with his pale, slender fingers and continued, "But if you listen, I will consider sparing your life."

"That shouldn't be the case, this isn't like you." Shangguan Rui tilted his head and stared at Shen Ye, as if trying to figure something out.
The boy had the exact same facial features as Shen Ye, but his expression and demeanor were completely different, giving Shangguan Rui the impression that Shen Ye was possessed by a ghost.
Shen Ye knew he was different from the original owner of this body, and fearing Shangguan Rui might notice something, he quickly said, "What are you thinking? I sprained my ankle and walk slowly, so I couldn't get on the bus and was late. And you? Did you go fighting again?"
Shangguan Rui was the worst-performing and most short-tempered member of the trio, but he was also the most loyal.
