I thought Jiang Chen wouldn't agree, but after a long silence, he agreed directly.
Shen Ye was somewhat surprised. He calmed himself down and said, "Think it through. Don't wait until I withdraw the lawsuit and then go back on your word."
"Do you think everything I said was a lie?" Jiang Chen's voice was a little hoarse, and tinged with heartache.
"Yes, you've been lying to me from beginning to end. I'm so stupid for believing you."
"Lin Yanhuan, I love you, it's true. Do you think I want to stay with a woman I don't love? Do you think I don't want to give you a proper status by my side?"

Jiang Chen fell silent again, and Shen Ye looked at him with some displeasure.
"President Jiang, how about we extend our marriage by one day, then get a divorce the next day, and you can love Lin Weihan while I live my own life? Is that feasible?"
Jiang Chen remained silent and simply turned and left.
That night, Shen Ye called his lawyer and asked him to withdraw the lawsuit. Jiang Chen also sent a text message, asking him to give him some time to get a divorce.
Since that's what they said, Shen Ye could wait a short time, so they gave him a month.
Jiang Chen acted quickly. On the afternoon of the third day, Lin Weihan went to the coffee shop where Shen Ye was and caused a scene.
At the time, Shen Ye was delivering food. When he came back, he saw Lin Weihan cursing and yelling at people in the coffee shop, with a middle-aged woman beside her.
When Lin Weihan saw Shen Ye enter, she angrily tried to hit him.
With lightning speed, Shen Ye grabbed the hand that was about to fall and said, "Miss Lin, is this how you rich people are raised?"
"You, you broke up someone else's family and you still have the nerve to talk to me about upbringing? You deserve to die, I spit on you!"
Shen Ye slowly tightened his grip on Lin Weihan's hand, his eyes glaring fiercely at her with a terrifying, murderous look that made Lin Weihan tremble and struggle.
Seeing that things were getting out of hand, the woman next to him grabbed her bag and hit Shen Ye with it, while cursing him with extremely foul language: "A boy with such good looks could have chosen to be a mistress and ruin other people's marriages. Is this how your parents taught you?"
Hearing the woman's words, Shen Ye became even angrier and slapped Lin Weihan across the face.
"Shut up."
You can scold him, but you can't scold his parents, even though they aren't Shen Ye's biological parents.
Lin Weihan was stunned by the slap; she seemed not to have expected Shen Ye to hit a woman.
"Serves you right for being so foul-mouthed. Good for you."
"So what if she's a socialite? She insulted other people's parents. She deserved to be beaten to death."
"Even a rabbit will bite when cornered, let alone a man hitting a woman. If pushed to the limit, he might even kill her."
The onlookers began to discuss the matter, and Lin Weihan's face turned pale and then completely white.
The woman became even angrier and tried to hit him again with her bag. Shen Ye grabbed the bag and said fiercely, "If you push me too far, I'll hit you too."
The woman wasn't afraid at all; she was actually hoping that Shen Ye would beat her so that she could legitimately get him imprisoned again. Why wouldn't she do that?
"Come on, hit me, you'd better kill me right here." The woman approached Shen Ye, repeatedly bumping into him with her body, trying to provoke him.
His hands, hanging at his sides, were clenched tightly, his nails almost piercing his palms, as if he were about to explode at any moment.
However, the woman continued to provoke Chen Ye, "Come on, hit me! Scared? Weren't you so arrogant just now?"
