The next day, Ji Sui carried Shen Muqing, who was dressed, downstairs. Su Xia had already prepared breakfast for the three of them.
Shen Muqing ate at the dining table, and she had a special rice bowl placed not far from them. Su Xia doted on Shen Muqing without any limits.

She frantically pried at the iron gate, but to no avail.
With tears in her eyes, Su Xia saw them off. "Qingqing, it's alright. No matter what you become, Mom will take care of you for the rest of your life."
The pet hospital isn't far from this villa area; it's about a 30-minute walk away.
Ji Sui wasn't quite used to the outside environment yet. Wearing a mask, he quickly followed the navigation to the pet hospital.
Not long after, Ji Sui appeared at the entrance of the pet hospital. He was thin and his exposed skin was unusually pale.
