Chapter 14 Information Science 1

Pan Yang did not linger in the space.

"Send me to the next world."

Pan Yang looked around at the scene and fell into deep thought. This was the modern world, and he was floating above the road.

Yes, it was floating, and there was a strange-looking thing climbing on the roadside utility pole.

I'm numb, is this a ghost?

Pan Yang floated onto the sidewalk, and someone walked right through him, muttering to himself, "Strange, why is it so cold in the middle of summer?"

Oh, it seems I'm the ghost.

001: "Teleporting to the storyline~"

This is a fictional era. The original owner of this body is named Lin Panyang, a rich second-generation heir who is pampered by his parents and has two older brothers. He is the youngest in the family.

She was practically pampered by her family, almost spoiled like a daughter. However, the original owner was of good character and had sound values, so she was not bad.

Unfortunately, a man named Sang Zi appeared, and for some reason, the two fell in love at first sight and got together inexplicably. It was really inexplicable. The original owner was like a lost soul. Sang Zi asked the original owner for money many times, and the original owner gave him money. After that, he asked for hair, blood, and said he wanted to write a talisman for protection.

Later, the original owner suddenly got into a car accident and became a vegetable. His soul lost its memory and followed Sangzi around, helping him to commit murder. It turned out that Sangzi was an evil Taoist priest who approached him because he saw that Sangzi's soul was special and could help him increase his Taoist magic.

Unfortunately, although the original owner later regained his memories, his soul was extremely weak and was completely destroyed, leaving his parents and brother heartbroken.

The eldest brother, Lin Jiayin, sensed something was wrong and went to find Sangzi, but unfortunately, how could an ordinary person deal with her? In the end, he went insane. The second brother, Lin Jiaxi, also fell seriously ill. In the end, their parents died in a car accident. It was as tragic as it could get.

It's around the time when the original owner had just become a vegetable and had their soul leave their body.

Pan Yang sorted through the original owner's memories, then stroked his chin: "Can I just kill Sang Zi directly?"

Anyway, I'm not human anymore! Let's just have a perfect ending!

001: "Host, I've said it more than once, no, no, no. Please complete the task according to the normal procedure."

Why does my host keep having this thought?

Pan Yang sighed and said, "I was just saying, why are you in such a hurry? Can't you take a joke?"

001: "..." Hehe.

Pan Yang drifted aimlessly by the main road, probably because the original owner's body couldn't return to its original state due to Sang Zi's situation.

Sigh, life.

Suddenly, a seven or eight-year-old child ran out and stood in front of Pan Yang.

The little boy looked at his friend curiously: "Big brother, you're actually floating! That's amazing!"

Pan Yang looked at the little boy in surprise and inwardly complained to the system: This little brat can actually see me, system, you're no good.

001 responded indifferently: "..." What does it matter to me if he can see you?

After looking around to confirm that the child was indeed talking about him, Pan Yang squatted down and poked the child (ghosts can also touch people using their yin energy), looking aloof: "You've mistaken me for someone else."

Pan Yang floated down a little, looking almost as if he were standing on the ground.

The little boy grinned and said, "Big brother, are you a ghost?"

"!" Holy crap, system, this little brat is cheating! Quick, quick, report him and get his account banned.

"Big brother, I can see ghosts, but my brother and Brother An don't believe it." The little boy wasn't afraid of Pan Yang at all.

Looking at the child, Pan Yang said expressionlessly, "Believe in science."

"Huh?" The little boy blinked, not understanding. "What does it mean to believe in science?"

Pan Yang: "Guess." You're asking a ghost what it means to believe in science? Is that really a good idea?

001: "Is it really okay for a ghost to say he believes in science?!"

"Hey! You little brat, why are you running so fast!" A young man who looked to be about twenty years old ran over.

Shi Ke stuck out his tongue: "Brother Xi, you're an adult, you should be keeping a close eye on me."

Shidai tapped Shikedu on the head: "Hey you little brat, what were you doing just now?"

"Oh right!" Shi Ke suddenly remembered Huan Yang, but when he turned around, Huan Yang was nowhere to be seen. "Ah, where did he go? A ghost brother just told me to believe in science!"

Shidai rolled its eyes: "What nonsense are you spouting now, saying 'Let's go home'?"

Pan Yang hid on the streetlight and watched the two people get away from him before floating down.

Just as I was about to speak to the system, I heard a voice again.

"Pan Yang, I was so worried about you here!"

What the heck? Pan Yang looked at the person running towards him with a blank expression. Oh, Sang Zi.

Seeing her friend's expressionless face, Sangzi assumed she was either startled or hadn't quite grasped the situation.

"Pan Yang, you were in a car accident and you're now in a vegetative state. For some reason, you can't go back for the time being. Stay with me for the next few days and I'll protect you."

Pan Yang looked at Sang Zi expressionlessly: "I'm looking for my parents, it's none of your business." He then glanced around to see if anyone was there so he could make his move.

001: "Host, host, host!"

I'm numb.

"They can't see you, and they're too old to handle the yin energy on you. Listen to me and come with me." Sangzi patiently coaxed Fan Yang.

Why should I go with you?

Upon hearing this, Sang Zi's expression softened, and she finally sighed helplessly, "I'm your boyfriend, and I also know some Taoist arts. Isn't it only right that I help you?"

"Killing me is justified?"

A cold voice drifted to Sang Zi's ears, and she gave an awkward laugh: "What are you talking about, Pan Yang? Who killed you?"

"Zhuang" rolled his eyes: "You're not my boyfriend, you idiot."

That bastard is always trying to harm me!

Seeing that Pan Yang was about to float away, Sang Zi hurriedly went up to him: "Pan Yang, have you misunderstood something? I really want to help you, and don't you like me?"

"Only a ghost would like you," Pan Yang blurted out, but then, realizing he was a ghost himself, he quickly corrected himself: "Only a dog would like you."

As Sangzi watched Pan Yang drift away, she began to anxiously think of using talismans.

But the cheap thing suddenly stopped and floated towards me with a blank expression.

Sang Zi was overjoyed; he knew that Huan Yang would definitely come back. He was about to speak when he said, "Huan Yang, you..."

The next second he was lying spread-eagled on the sidewalk.

Pan Yang added a few more kicks before gracefully drifting away.

If you can't kill yourself, can't you fight back? How ridiculous.

Finally, as it floated along, it arrived at the hospital where the original owner had gone. As soon as it entered, it felt eerie, but since it was a ghost, it didn't affect it much; in fact, it felt quite comfortable.

In a corner of the hospital, some little ghosts were crying, and a few even floated directly in front of Fan Yang, looking mournful and asking him why he wouldn't save them.

Pan Yang sneered and slapped the ghost away. "Save the ball? I don't even know you. Besides, I'm a ghost too."

Finally, Fan Yang floated to the original owner's room. The original owner was lying motionless on the bed with an IV drip. If it weren't for the rise and fall of his chest and the heart rate monitor next to him, people would believe he was dead.

Lin's mother was lying on the headboard, clearly asleep, but she was still gently patting Pan Yang as if comforting a child, muttering something under her breath.

The door was suddenly opened, and Lin Jiaxi carefully entered the room after seeing the scene inside. She closed the door and gently patted her mother, saying, "Mom."

Lin's mother opened her eyes wearily: "Jiaxi, why did you come here? I can keep an eye on your brother."

"I'm off work. My brother and Dad were working on some documents, so I came first. Mom, you should go home and rest. I'll look after my brother. Your health can't take this much. If he wakes up, you'll probably be worried about him too."

Lin's mother didn't want to leave, but after hearing Lin Jiaxi's words, she had no choice but to nod and leave, not forgetting to give a few words of advice before leaving.

Only Pan Yang and Lin Jiaxi remained in the room. Lin Jiaxi sat in the spot where her mother had been sitting, looking at the body lying on the bed.

His eyes revealed worry and helplessness before he finally left.

He didn't want to see these mushy things; he hadn't seen much of this kind of thing growing up and felt a bit uncomfortable.

It seems I need to quickly find a way to get back into my body and kill Sang Zi along the way.
