The ornaments on the table were knocked down by Mo Sheng'er. They fell from the high platform onto the table, and one of the edges was uneven.
Mo Sheng'er blushed slightly, pretending that she hadn't done it. Then, puzzled, she followed Linghu Lan's finger and saw a light green sign hanging on the door that read: Please keep quiet, my guests are dreaming, please don't wake them!
Mo Sheng'er opened her mouth wide. Was she complaining that Mo Sheng'er was speaking too loudly?
She turned her head and glanced at Linghu Lan with disgust. She saw that Linghu Lan looked calm and composed, with a perfect balance of pace and elegance that was so dazzling.
Mo Sheng'er suddenly remembered the many compliments that the boys at school had given her, and felt a wave of nausea.
Pack!
do!
Do you think everyone is as pretentious and affected as you?
I'm going to speak loudly anyway.
She immediately tried to provoke Linghu Lan.
But then Linghu Lan gently fiddled with the ornament a few times, turning it around a few angles, and then gently smoothed out the edge that had been knocked up with her finger, leaving no trace.
The entire ornament looks brand new again.
Mo Sheng'er was so shocked that her mouth dropped open.
Smoothed out?
That's metal. You'd need a hammer to flatten it, right? And she just straightened it out with her hands?
Even if Mo Sheng'er saw it with her own eyes, she wouldn't easily believe it was true.
A sense of unease quickly filled every pore of Mo Sheng'er's body, causing her to retract all the provocative words she wanted to say.
Linghu Lan raised her head and smiled slightly: "Why did you stop talking? I was planning to wait for you to provoke me before using force to suppress you. I knew you were unrestrained and passionate, and wouldn't abide by the rules of my shop. I never expected you to actually follow them! You're truly impressive!"
Mo Sheng'er blushed as she looked at Linghu Lan. Those words sounded like nice words, but Mo Sheng'er knew very well that they were all mocking her.
She felt ashamed that Linghu Lan had guessed her thoughts, and was even more furious that Linghu Lan mocked her for being timid and cowardly.
However, she still didn't have the guts, and said in a low, menacing voice, "I won't fall for your tricks. I brought money. Can you answer my question now?"
As she spoke, Mo Sheng'er pulled out a wad of cash from her pocket, slammed it on the table, and stared fiercely at Linghu Lan.
Linghu Lan stared at Mo Sheng'er silently for a long time. Could it be that this indomitable spirit conquered Yinghua?
I can't figure it out!
However, she was extremely happy to receive money from the female protagonist.
You can't mess with money, no matter who else you're at odds with.
Linghu Lan chuckled, "Alright! What do you want to ask? Go ahead!"
"What do you mean by past life?" Mo Sheng'er asked eagerly.
She felt like she was going crazy. After leaving the store, the more she thought about it, the more she felt that her past life was real. The more unattainable something was, the more she was attracted to it.
So, I decisively took all my money and came here to get to the bottom of this.
She knew her money might have been wasted, but she couldn't sleep until she found out.
Linghu Lan rubbed his fingers together with a stylish gesture and smiled slightly, "The payment is settled."
Mo Sheng'er quickly pressed down her money: "I'll pay you back when you're satisfied with the answer."
Linghu Lan pointed to the door and said, "Please! Go out!"
Mo Sheng'er glared at Linghu Lan, but in the end, her own desires prevailed. She slowly pulled out a hundred-yuan bill and placed it into Linghu Lan's hand.
