The instant she left the palace, her hair turned white, then turned to ashes, slipping from Linghu Lan's fingertips into the soil.
Linghu Lan: "..."
She turned and approached the Rose Queen step by step, her clear eyes fixed on her. "Can our fates be reversed?"
“You are the most powerful witch. You should know very well whether you can exchange them back.” The Rose Queen clutched her clothes tightly at her chest.
Linghu Lan sighed, "You got off easy!"
The magic of exchanging fates is irreversible; it can only be done once. If this magic is cast again, both people whose fates have been exchanged will die.
Upon closer examination, this kind of magical setting is actually quite reasonable; otherwise, there would be far too many pranks in the world!
The Rose Queen kept her lips tightly shut and remained silent. Although her identity had been exposed, she was still alive and remained the biggest winner. "Can you send me out now?"
Linghu Lan smiled. "I'm not your wizard, I have no obligation to serve you!"
"Wait, you're planning to leave me here alone?" Queen Rose was terrified. Snow White could go without food and water, but she was a living person who needed to eat and drink. Most importantly, she was the only living person in this huge palace, which was truly frightening!
Linghu Lan carried Snow White to a luxurious bedroom and onto a soft bed, covered her with a blanket, and gently stroked her forehead.
This is truly a dark fairy tale.
Bad people live very well, while good people struggle in hell.
She suppressed her sadness and walked towards the outside of the city walls, with the Rose Queen following closely behind, afraid of being left behind in the castle.
This time, the thorns were unusually obedient, offering no resistance whatsoever, and the two of them successfully left the ruined palace.
The thorns quickly blocked the city gates again, and after a brief period of commotion, the ruined palace fell into slumber once more.
Linghu Lan glanced at the dark mass of guards before her, then silently looked back at the Rose Queen.
The Rose Queen's lips had long since lost their color, and she coldly shouted, "Make way! Let the witch pass."
The crowd dispersed to both sides, making way for a passage.
She walked along the passage straight to the shore, boarded a boat, and whispered, "To the Dark Forest!"
Blue sky.
White clouds.
The sea breeze blows.
Linghu Lan was still preoccupied. Some of the truth had been revealed, and now she needed to figure out why the wicked queen appeared in the Sleeping Beauty storyline.
...
A dark forest.
Linghu Lan lit the magic wand.
The vines automatically made way.
As I passed by the Seven Dwarfs' little house, the lights were on, and I could hear the dwarfs singing.
Linghu Lan knew that time had changed once again.
She silently passed in front of the dwarf's house and headed towards the passage on the right.
The dwarfs spotted her and rushed out of the little wooden house.
"She must have stolen our magic book; she's a witch!"
"Quick, we have to catch up with her!"
"Hey, don't run away, you bad woman!"
Linghu Lan: "..."
In a flash, she suddenly realized that the magic book was stolen from the dwarves by the evil queen in The Princess and the Pea.
Wow!
Truly amazing little dwarfs.
She had no time to entangle with the dwarves; with a leap, she quickly shook off the seven dwarves and reached the edge of the dark forest. Just as she was about to step out of the forest, she bumped into a woman.
Linghu Lan remained motionless, while the woman fell to the ground.
When Linghu Lan saw her face, he couldn't help but rub his hands together in anticipation. He had searched high and low without finding her, but she had come to him without any effort.
Your Majesty, hello!
